Took a look at the menu, and canceled our reservation at the previous place. We were promptly seated outside by a kind woman named Olivia. The sun being too hard and having forgotten my sunnies, I was wondering if I should sit inside. Olivia immediately suggested we get an umbrella. It made so much sense as we wanted to eat out in the Sunshine and the cool winds. We ordered the Giambatto, the Lemon Pancakes, the Italian Eggs Benedict and the Chicken Milanese. Yes, we were hungry and the menu was so tempting!!!! The food matched the tall order. Everything looked incredibly delicious; the portion sizes were great, the service impeccable and I will treasure the experience for a long long time. The Eggs Benedict deserve a special mention- I would come back for it again. It was unique and tasted like heaven! The Giambatto was nice-a very heavy omelette that we ate the next day for breakfast. The Chicken Milanese is a chef's kiss. And that pasta with the tomato sauce!! It felt like a nonna's hug! The Lemon Pancakes were beautiful but I think we were too full to enjoy everything!!!!!!! During our meal, we asked for coffee, but unfortunately they didn't have oatmilk. The coffee came with cream and a side of Almond Biscotti that tasted like a dream . We were celebrating a special day- me and my husband, and I was treating him that afternoon. I am so glad that we found this place-the ambiance was just right, the service deserves a special mention and I am so happy. It is rare to find a place that matches all your preferences and more, and this restaurant ticks all the boxes!

Happy hour specials are amazing!! These chicken sliders were perfect to share! I think next time…read moreI'd go back just to have appetizers for dinner! You can't beat the quality and the prices.

First timer here! Decided to give Forno Napoli a try based on the overall high ratings, and it…read moreturned out to be a fantastic choice! From the outside, the restaurant was inviting, with a clean and nicely kept outdoor seating area. The inside was equally pleasing, with a full view of the pizzas being prepared! The greeting upon entering? It felt like a longtime customer coming back for another visit! Enthusiasm, laughter, and genuinely good energy right from the start. Love that! On the menu for this visit: Panzanella Salad, a half-pepperoni/half-sausage pizza, and Affogato. The Panzanella was beautiful in presentation and tasted just as good. Firm, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, crostini, and dressing that all complemented each other perfectly. Refreshing and delish! The Affogato...AffoMazing!! Such a simple combination: espresso and vanilla gelato/ice cream, but goodness!! Sometimes simple is all you need. Now, the : At first, I was getting ready to be unimpressed. But NOPE! I haven't been to Italy in a little while, but this pizza was freaking close, if not spot-on, when it comes to authenticity! Brick-oven baked with a light crust, chunky real tomato sauce (forgot to ask if it was home-made), just the right amount of cheese, and REAL pepperoni and sausage. And did I mention...very little grease?! The taste was light, fresh, and not overly filling, just right! Overall, Forno Napoli was a fantastic choice! Great atmosphere, warm service, fresh food, and pizza that brought back a little taste of Italy. Definitely worth a visit! Ciao

There's an exceptional Chinese Restaurant next-door, and I've been walking past Forno Napoli for…read morethe past few years, and always wanted to try it. I took my son there for lunch the other day, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who as it turns out, I knew from his previous restaurants stops. I hadn't seen him in about 15 years, but I recognized him instantly. Great service, polite and courteous staff, and delicious fresh food, are my initial reactions. I was surprised how good the San Franco pizza was! I also had a bowl of Pasta Fasola which was outstanding. I live in the city of Buffalo between Delaware and Elmwood and there are many pizza places around here, plus, I grew up on Bocce on Bailey pizza. However, the Forno Napoli pizza now ruins all others for me. I have never been to Italy, but I imagine this is what pizza is like there. Authentic and fresh. I'm taking all 3 of my kids back there tonight. Trying their salads and pasta as well. This place was very busy on a weekday at 4pm, so it is not a secret. It is also not cheap. You are paying for the quality of the food, and it is worth it.

I liked the atmosphere of the place pretty chill although from the outside I thought it might be fancy. The ceilings were really cool. They had lunch specials that were pretty cheap and I thought the fries were really tasty. Would def go here again.

The night landed somewhere in the middle, throughout the evening. Everything was good, but not memorable. There are no photos with this review, and that's kind of the point. Everything looked beautiful and tasted adequate. Everything on my camera was way more special than the food was... so photos were deleted, so to not be misleading. The thing I remembered most from years ago was leaving with delicious leftovers I was excited to eat for lunch the next day. The portions used to be offensively large in the best way. This time there was almost nothing to take home. I ordered the meatball sandwich, which turned out to be one tiny meatball cut in half. The red sauce and cheese were good, the bread was good. But seriously, I had to look to see if there was actually a meatball in the bread. The taste was fine... but it tasted more like bread than sauce or meatball. The spaghetti that came with it? There used to be crazy amounts of spaghetti with a meal. It was worth the price of admission all by itself! My side of pasta that came with the meal was fine. If I was at Olive Garden, it would have been a lovely side.... Our waiter kept calling it "award-winning meat sauce," and the flavor really was good... but nothing I couldn't make at home for a fraction of the price. I don't know who handed out that award, or when it was received? It was good, but I wouldn't give it any awards! I enjoyed the plate well enough. Dessert was the low point. My $15 chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting was tall, thin, and the cake was stale, and the "peanut butter" frosting was basically brown buttercream. Two days later, half remains in the refrigerator because... meh. I could have done better at Tops take out. When we walked in on a Saturday night, the place was empty, and it took them 45+ minutes to serve dinner!!!! When I got the $215 bill (before tip), I better understood why Lebros is a forgotten relic of days gone by. The food was genuinely good, but at this price, I should be walking out speechless at the taste! Half the price, with more generous portions, and I'd have left very contented. One more note: I mentioned to a server that it was my wife's birthday. They said they do things for birthdays, and then no one so much as wished her a happy birthday as they walked past us. I wasn't looking for a freebie or a song, just a little acknowledgment would have been nice. That small miss captured the evening: perfectly pleasant, perfectly ordinary. Three stars, I'd probably go back if my wife wants... but I miss Lebros before they upgraded their bar. Glad I helped them with their next mortgage payment.
