If I could give The Raven's Nest more than five stars, I absolutely would. This place is nothing…read moreshort of amazing. From the incredible staff and beautiful atmosphere to the absolutely top-notch food, every single part of the experience is something special. I have genuinely never walked into a restaurant serving such high-quality food where the atmosphere and service felt so completely free of pretentiousness. This is fine dining mixed with everyone's favorite grandma. It's warm, inviting, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. It's a true come as you are kind of place, where everyone is treated equally and everyone belongs. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is how it brings people together. You have complete strangers sitting at different tables striking up conversations, recommending dishes and drinks they've enjoyed, sharing stories, and even passing along little bits of knowledge about the restaurant's history. There's something incredibly beautiful about that. It doesn't feel like you're just going out to eat; it feels like you're becoming part of something. And then there's the food. Absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. You can taste the love, care, and passion that goes into every dish. Whether you're stopping in for Sunday brunch or enjoying dinner, the quality and attention to detail are consistently outstanding. But honestly, one of the greatest things about The Raven's Nest is its owners. Three of the most humble, hardworking owners you could ever hope to meet. They're not tucked away in an office somewhere watching everyone else do the work. They're right there, working alongside their staff, interacting with customers, and making sure everyone feels welcome. The first time I visited, I genuinely thought one of the owners was just an exceptionally friendly waiter or busser. When I returned, he remembered me! I later discovered he was one of the three owners. That alone says so much about the kind of people running this establishment. You can see the appreciation they have for their employees, their customers, and their craft. They don't just talk about creating a wonderful experience; they actively put in the work to make it happen. That kind of leadership, humility, and genuine hospitality is something you don't come across every day. I also had the opportunity to attend one of their special events, and let me tell you, DO IT if you ever get the chance! I tried things I would have NEVER willingly put in my mouth otherwise, and somehow ended up loving them. It was such a fun experience, and I walked away with a new appreciation for foods I never would have thought to try. The Raven's Nest is proof that you don't have to sacrifice warmth and genuine hospitality to have exceptional food and fine dining. You can have both, and they do it beautifully. If you haven't been, please give this place a chance. Whether it's brunch, dinner, or one of their special events, I promise you won't be disappointed. Great food feeds you, but great hospitality makes you feel at home. The Raven's Nest manages to do both, and that is what makes this place truly special.

5 Stars - An Absolutely Extraordinary Dining Experience!…read more Raven's Nest is hands down the best restaurant in the Antelope Valley, and quite possibly all of Los Angeles County! I recently had the pleasure of attending their exclusive annual Vampire Dinner, and it was nothing short of spectacular! I'm also a regular guest, and I can confidently say this restaurant never disappoints. What truly sets Raven's Nest apart is the incredible creativity behind every dish. The menu is constantly evolving, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and unique flavor combinations unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere. Every visit feels like a new culinary adventure! The atmosphere is equally exceptional. I always feel genuinely welcomed, the food consistently exceeds my expectations, and the cocktails are nothing short of magical! The attention to detail, imagination, and passion that go into the entire experience are truly remarkable. And let's not forget Sunday brunch -- absolutely superb! Raven's Nest isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. If you appreciate extraordinary food, creative cocktails, and an atmosphere that makes you feel special, this place is a must! Five stars, all day, every day! I cannot recommend Raven's Nest highly enough!

We were greeted by two young ladies who were very friendly as well as professional. It is a chic restaurant, and the decorating is modern eclectic; pleasing to the eyes and spirit. Very welcoming. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and my wife had the house burger. Each sandwich came with these unique potato wedges. Not sure what they were seasoned with, but they were ridiculously good, as well as addictive. Jimmy, our server, made sure that we wanted for nothing. He was outstanding. As was the entire staff. Highly recommend. We will return. The only issue I had was that one of the Hostess happened to be a Raiders fan. That topic came up when I paid the check with my SAN FRANCISCO 49er debit. All in fun! I've been here 3-4 times now, and every single visit has been consistently amazing. That's hard to find! Everything we've tried has been delicious, and I love that they even have mocktail options for my daughter so she can enjoy the experience too. Yes, it is on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it's absolutely worth it. The staff is wonderful, the ambiance is beautiful, and the upscale décor makes the whole experience feel special. I honestly feel like this place is a hidden gem because of its location. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out before Coach's Tavern. Come hungry because the FOOD IS INCREDIBLE.

Plenty of parking in their dirt lot and the charm of the place is both exterior and interior. BOY! When I walked in I immediately pinned this place as one that juuuust might have a good dessert. I'm always happy to be right. We were seated immediately and friendly service took drink orders and got us settled in. While the pizza looked good, the hand formed 5150 house-ground chuck burger is what I was interested in. Added some curly fries as an upgrade to my side and waited in eager anti-anti-antici-pa-pa-pation for our food. The burger was ok, lacked a bit of seasoning within the patty, but I'm starting to notice places not seasoning their patties. Maybe people are more sensitive to sodium in their diets, but I like a bit of garlic and herb in my burgers. The pretzel bun it was served on was much softer than I imagined it would be and was very good. The curly fries ween't worth the upsell, and even Hubs fries, like mine, had way too many tiny, crispy pieces to be thoroughly enjoyed. BUT...I was right about the dessert! COBBLER! I chose mixed berry and was treated to an amazing, hot-out-of-the-oven delight I had to wait to enjoy because it was SO FRESH and piping hot. The taste was a perfect tart, not too sweet, and the crumble top was perfect! It was served in an adorable cast iron skillet - the same it cooked in - on a plate and TWO spoons! lol Hubs was not having ANY of it. This bad boy was all mine! I would highly recommend their cobbler dessert! Next time, we might get there early enough for breakfast, or maybe try their pizza that looked so good. Whichever, I know the cobbler is sure to be a part of our next taste of Jack's.

They were very disappointing they must be pre-baked and bought by them as they gave off a plastic scent like they'd just come out of their wrapper. My meal came with a coffee that they never brought or bothered to comp out for a up-sale of a different drink. It's a decent little cafe spot that you can come sit and eat quickly and feel like you had real food not just a filler like ummm Mickey Dee's or the King Will I go back? Someday I'm sure because again I seen their humane side, but only after I spend time checking out the many other cafes and family owned type spots around here.
