Shady business. Last year i ordered the stizzy infused prerolls (they arent cheap clocking in around 30 to 35 for 5 .5 rolls because they had a deal for bogo. I bought one and got charged for the second and when i brought it ip to them they said "we cant gove you refunds but we can put it into store points or give you another one free" bogus.. NEVER online order here, they will give you the oldest driest products of your selection, online orders can take longer than going in and shopping. Genuinely, go to any other dispensary just across the border. Have come here multiple times due to convenience, and it is generally a very unsatisfying experience. Online orders tell you they should "be ready for pickup in 10-20 minutes!" while consistently taking over an hour or not sending you the confirmation that it's ready for pickup. It's disorganized, and while it has a lot of deals, it's because the product is not anything special and is typically old and dry. Recommend avoiding and trying *any* other dispensary in the area. Edit: while still sitting here waiting for my order that I placed an hour and a half ago, somebody just came into the building complaining that she received the wrong product and it happens "every time." This place has turned into a disaster. It does not matter if you preorder for pickup 5 hours in advance or an hour in advance, there is ALWAYS a line. They have one person working curbside and usually that person is also working the counter. The last time I came here, I preordered at 9:30am for a 4pm pickup and it was not even packed and ready when I got here. It is not worth the sale prices to sit and wait 30 minutes in a line to pickup an order.
