The front receptionist, Christine, was extremely rude to me. As I was leaving security officer followed me out saying Christine reported me as being extremely rude to her because I would not provide my phone number. All I said to her is I did not want to provide my number as none of the other dispensaries require it. I explained I did not want to provide as I don't want to receive calls nor want my number sold to other parties. She responded very rudely to me..."Just give me your phone number." The first time visit discount has a stipulation they don't tell you about until you get there. Very sad to write this but - This has been my go to place for years. Always good deals. This Black Friday i wanted to make it easy on them and myself by just doing a pick up order. I got there and they were telling us to wait outside of the pick up door... totally fine. After 30 minutes of not moving i went in and asked an employee if they were going to get to us out there. They said yes and that we were in the correct line and they'd get to us. After another 30 minutes of the line not moving at all i asked again. Long story short - for more than 2 hours we waited in a line outside that wasn't moving at all and were told by 5+ employees that we were in the correct line, they were going to get to us, and we were just to keep waiting. Each time i was SO NICE thanking them for being there and saying i knew it was busy but i was just making sure they didn't forget about us because we hadn't moved AT ALL ... Until the 6th or 7th person i asked said there WAS NEVER suppose to be the line outside and that they had been taking people from the walk in line for pick ups for the last 2 hours and were never going to get to us outside because "THEY DIDNT KNOW WE WERE OUT THERE WAITING" Sooo disorganized and then when i made a little scene (MY LIPS WERE FROZEN AND MY HANDS WERE BLUE) they all rolled their eyes and said "it's Black Friday what did you expect" .. i expect organization and to not leave 70+ people outside in 15 degree weather with no plan to EVER get to us? Came on a black Friday and the line was out the door. Surprisingly it moved pretty fast and only took about 30 mins to get us inside, but once inside the line zigged and zagged and took about an hour and a half to get to the counter. The line moved quick tho and the club music blasting thru out the dispensary helped with passing time. While in line, you are able to see the wonderful selection of items that covered the walls from floor to ceiling. My budtender Joe was awesome and very knowledgeable. New customers can get a free eighth if they spend $25 or more, which is NOT hard to do. Since it was black Friday, the deals were outstanding. Super busy but I had an online order and didn't wait too long at all, staff seemed super knowledgeable and were easy to talk to. They were out of stock on an item in my order and called ahead of time to ask if I wanted to change anything. Largest selection of products I have seen in a rec store. Also a beautiful, big building! I went because I'm a reoccurring customer and received a coupon mailer. I was having a day of memory to honor my mom who has been gone 11 years now. The coupon mailer had a 15 for $59 carts, mixed. I was scammed out of $95.00 I knew what my total was from the email confirmation. When I arrived, I didn't even have time to text that I was there before Brandon R was at my window. I planned to give the curbside employee a $5.00 tip. I handed over my money. I told Brandon R how much was there and that the $5.00 left over was his. He said thanks and walked in. I wasn't waiting long before he rushed out with my bags. He apologized for the wait and said, as he pointed to the smallest bag, "got comp products for you, I apologize for the wait." I kind of thought that was odd because I wasn't even waiting that long. He hurriedly handed me my things, said thanks again and walked inside. I pulled into the main parking lot, just to check and make sure all the items were accounted for. I didn't really look at the total, just if everything appeared there. It did, although, I didn't see these complementary items he was talking about. I thought maybe he threw in a joint or gram...it was a 39 pc order so I just figured I would find it at home in the bottom of the bag or something. Once home, I took a closer look at my receipt. Instead of giving me a "complementary" item, which is common practice. However, what someone did, is he "comped" products that I already had on my order. Even if a dispensary does comp something, it is of course still on the recipient for inventory purposes. These items were not on my receipt. So, instead of giving me anything...now I have items not on the receipt, but in my bag. I get no loyalty points for said items and someone..... JUST HELPED THEMSELVES TO THE DIFFERENCE. So that $5 tip, just became $95. I get all my items, he gets a huge tip, Urb gets to have inventory unaccounted for an a reputation for hiring scammers and not caring about the customers... Again, what would comping 3 things and taking the difference do for me???? When I told the manager what had happened, they investigated and had the audacity to offer me $125.00 in STORE CREDIT. What an absolute slap in the face. I just want everyone to be aware that someone stole money from me in such a sneaky and insidious way, working at what is supposedly a legit business. This is just so egregious. Please be aware. There are so many other dispensaries in the area. Besides using my pathetic credit, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. ABYSMAL. read more
