Pretty new dispensary that still has a couple of wrinkles to iron out. I suppose that metaphor is too archaic to make sense to most of you. Well I am sure that they will improve, the general impression I get here is that they want to please. The selection is good, the sales people are both competent and polite, the prices are standard, and they take debit cards. There's a pleasant lounge, it's sunny and bright, adequate parking, and it's a very short drive from I-94. Even better for location, it's five minutes or so from Redamak's so you can bite into a legend after getting your stoner sister in law a present here. The downsides are fixable, and I have no doubt that by the next time I swing by, they will have figured these things out. First, the security fellow in front is sitting behind a desk, unlike at other dispensaries, and he doesn't look like the type who is there to screen people coming in. Not that I advocate a hard badge and uniform presence, but rather it's a bit confusing on entry why I have to stop and talk to some office worker at his computer. And he was clearly new at his job, he studied my driver's license like it was the first time he had ever seen one, and I think the point of the I.D. check is just to establish age. I look every day of my 62 years, there's just no way I'm a teen trying to sneak in and score some whatever teens call ganja nowadays. The bigger problem that they have to fix is that ordering ahead doesn't save any time. I ordered online easily enough, they use software that other Michigan dispensaries use so I was already in the system (oof have to remember yet another password), but then on arrival I was politely sent into my choice of three lines. The people in line were not just picking up each line had someone or three who were deciding what they wanted when they got up to the ... they're not baristas are they? So I was behind a middle aged woman buying her adult child and their partner some recreational marijuana. It was a long, slow process because they had to discuss each choice like a committee of liberal arts professors, and the budtender (maybe that's the term?) was ever so helpful and friendly. But I was planning on a quick stop on my way to Redamak's, I purposely ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. It reminded me of going to indoor Grateful Dead concerts and making the wrong choice of line and getting stuck behind the deadhead, already high as a tie dyed kite, trying in vain to negotiate with gate security who just confiscated items he forgot he had in his knapsack (again I supposed I'm using archaic language. A knapsack is an old man's term for a soft sided backpack). "Nooooo you can't take that from me, my MOTHER gave me that bong! I know it's glass, I won't drop it, my MOTHER gave me that bong!" I have a knack for getting behind such types holding up progress when given a choice of slow moving lines. My order was ready for pick up when I finally did get to the front of the line, so I'm sure they will have this figured out by the next time. read more

The service and people were great when it came to picking out products and taking $$. They're friendly and knowledgeable. Their downfall is having only half of the total experience available. We came from Valparaiso to enjoy the products on their patio. It was 40 degrees out. They have a fire pit that didn't "work". I'm sure they just didn't want to uncover it, turn it on and take care of it at closing time. Also, they had about 5 heaters that would've been nice but none of them "had propane"! Again, I think it's laziness. If not, then they're not on top of offering a full experience which is a bummer when you go and spend close to $300 like we did. First time customer at this place on 18 September 2024. Found it to be extremely clean and squared-away. They have a fantastic selection. The guy behind the counter who helped me (Joe) was very polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. He was familiar with the sources of much of the product. Their prices are very good (compared to other places I've been) and they have a very cool outdoor smoking area for customers, and I was told they have no minimum purchase required. Guy with glasses and dark beard was rude and frustrated because I couldnt see on their printed out paper that they only have hybrids gummies. Like he was upset I asked for Indica gummies. Nice selection of products. Cash and cash app only though, bummed they don't take debit cards anymore but they have an atm inside but charges a fee. Closest one near my location so can't compare to other dispensaries but it's clean inside, staff members are willing to answer questions and have a loyalty reward system so that's a plus. read more
