DO NOT SHOP HERE OR MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING I used to love Jars, I smoke 8-10 oz a month and most of that is bought at Jars. Went there on May 3rd and I did two purchases for what was supposed to be 5 total ounces. When I got home I noticed one of the bags that was supposed to be 28g, was actually 14g. I contacted customer service and sent pics of my receipts and the bags that I got and they told me they looked at the camera and my transaction was correct. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? so your telling me that my eyes and the actual items in my physical possession are incorrect, but you looking at camera footage shows I got what I was supposed to. Jars is basically screwing me over for a half OZ and even with photos to show they were wrong, customer service wont admit they messed up. There are a dozen dispensaries in new buffalo, will def need to find a new one if this is how Jars treats their long time diamond customer. read more

This place is pretty cool. They have a reception area where you give your name and then you take your seat and someone comes from the back to get you when it's your turn. It is very clean. They have such a huge selection. I was there to get 2 ounces of high supply but the tender let me know they had and old grow and it might be dry. He showed me and the grow was from December. I took a chance and bought one and got some deli per their recommendation. The value was great for the amount I got. I was just disappointed because the high supply was so good. It smells so rich and gives such a nice result. I felt discouraged to buy another high supply and bought deli instead. The deli was crunchy by the time I got home. It's good but it's so dry. I would have loved to buy another high supply. I would definitely come back for their deals! read more

There are three very busy dispensaries on the New Buffalo ext ramp. I haven't been to the other two yet. The only problem I've had with JARS is ordering ahead on their website. Maybe their online ordering system is a little glitchy and awkward, or maybe I'm a little glitchy and awkward. It doesn't take long to check in, get called in, and their bud tenders are helpful and efficient. Overwhelming selection and good pricing, look at what's for sale. Be careful in the parking lot, it's quite busy and not surprisingly some drivers are impaired. read more

Read other reviews of places and this was the one I chose out of the many in the area. JARS is very nice and you will be overwhelmed with the options you have for all your cannabis needs. Everyone I dealt with on the staff was nice, helpful and navigated me through my purchases. The prices are amazing compared to Illinois and the value you get is amazing. This is about an hour away from where I live in Chicago and it's safe to say that I won't buy here in Chicago anymore. Look and smell what you buy, that how it should be. Came in Saturday, August 3rd, and I'm a regular bulk buyer who always shops good at JARS. Shock (shaker) and Anthony always show love, give me deals, and treat me with respect -- that's why I always come back. But the security guard today was weird as hell. He kept standing behind me like I was doing something shady, just staring me down for no reason. I'm spending real money in here and he's moving like I'm stealing or something. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and straight up harassment. I'll still come back because of the staff I trust, but y'all seriously need to check that security -- I don't come to JARS to be watched like a criminal. That energy is not okay. read more

Came out last minute to Michigan for some 4/20 items and me and my boyfriend had a great experience. I wish I had gotten her name- but the girl at the front when you first check in was SUPER sweet and got me back right away even though it was super busy. My budtender Kaleal (ID: 61138) was also super nice and down to earth. He had nothing but positive things to say about the dispensary and his job here. I would 100% recommend him. He had a lot of knowledge when it came to all the products and gave personal experience, as well as how other customers have felt using the products. They gave us goodie bags FULL of TOP TIER products as well as a free pre roll /edible for being first time customer. We will DEFINITELY be back as they made this one of the best dispensary experiences we've had while in Michigan. 10/10 recommend! Made a pick up order 2 plus hours prior, got there was told it was ready. Waited curbside for 1 hour then get told half of our stuff was not in stock which like usually when place a order they let you know if not in stock. I get it its 4/20 weekend but all the other dispensaries had people doing curbside while the others did inside orders. Do better read more
