I called Watervliet twice to ask about them with no response, but the rude manager got upset because I called again. Sad to say, I called DOJA in Portage twice, and both times they were able to fix my points rewards number and even retrieve all the points I had ever received--all within two hours. What took Watervliet DOJA six weeks to scramble and figure out, Portage had done in no time. To me, it seems like the manager needs some re-managing.
