Place is terrible, management sucks at there job. They sell weed thats been dropped on the floor and swept up and repackaged for sales. I know this because I work here. Terrible management. Young people that shouldn't be in that position. Hiding in there office getting way to high and just being un professional. Management don't have a clue on how to run a dispensary, ask anyone. URB is a thing of the past even tho they just opened. A better dispensary is coming to New Buffalo Michigan. King of buds is coming soon. Job fair March 3 and 4. Everyone thats unhappy at URB , stop out march 3. I know about 30 people going on march 3 from URB so see you there. Let it be a lesson to URB, you don't hire kids to do a man's job because they will just sit around smoking weed hiding in there office all day. I drove 2 hours to make it at 8:00pm it's says they close at 9 but I get to the door and there buzz lightyear body built ass security guard is telling us they can't let us in because they close at 8:45 but mind you online it say they close at 9 even if they did close at 8:45 I worked for a dispensary last year we've never locked doors before its time. It's like a weed super store! There are 40 registers so even when they are really busy(weekends) the line moves pretty fast. The customer service is great, and all the bud tenders are friendly. They have so many different products from flower to rubs and RSO. The prices have been amazing so far and they love to give out free pre rolls. If you haven't checked it out yet, do it!!! read more
