I was scammed out of $95.00 I knew what my total was from the email confirmation. When I arrived, I didn't even have time to text that I was there before Brandon R was at my window. I planned to give the curbside employee a $5.00 tip. I handed over my money. I told Brandon R how much was there and that the $5.00 left over was his. He said thanks and walked in. I wasn't waiting long before he rushed out with my bags. He apologized for the wait and said, as he pointed to the smallest bag, "got comp products for you, I apologize for the wait." I kind of thought that was odd because I wasn't even waiting that long. He hurriedly handed me my things, said thanks again and walked inside. I pulled into the main parking lot, just to check and make sure all the items were accounted for. I didn't really look at the total, just if everything appeared there. It did, although, I didn't see these complementary items he was talking about. I thought maybe he threw in a joint or gram...it was a 39 pc order so I just figured I would find it at home in the bottom of the bag or something. Once home, I took a closer look at my receipt. Instead of giving me a "complementary" item, which is common practice. However, what someone did, is he "comped" products that I already had on my order. Even if a dispensary does comp something, it is of course still on the recipient for inventory purposes. These items were not on my receipt. So, instead of giving me anything...now I have items not on the receipt, but in my bag. I get no loyalty points for said items and someone..... JUST HELPED THEMSELVES TO THE DIFFERENCE. So that $5 tip, just became $95. I get all my items, he gets a huge tip, Urb gets to have inventory unaccounted for an a reputation for hiring scammers and not caring about the customers... Again, what would comping 3 things and taking the difference do for me???? When I told the manager what had happened, they investigated and had the audacity to offer me $125.00 in STORE CREDIT. What an absolute slap in the face. I just want everyone to be aware that someone stole money from me in such a sneaky and insidious way, working at what is supposedly a legit business. This is just so egregious. Please be aware. There are so many other dispensaries in the area. Besides using my pathetic credit, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. ABYSMAL. read more

Ya this place doesn't have their pick ups in order yet. First time sat there for almost 3 hours to pick up. I called and was told oh ya doing it now almost 5 hours after I ordered it. Next time I go they cancel my order right as I get there. Put the order in 3 hours prior. Have to go in to stand in line for almost another hour to be told they were out. Great value for the price. Good for deals and some bulk. Their rosin selection is a bit stale, nothing fresh or at least nothing the budtender could speak to. Having a good budtender makes this a bust if you're not paying attention. Mine straight up didn't care. Zero enthusiasm and effort to get me some deals. Went in to check them out for my first time today. They had a variety of specials from every sub category that you could possibly need! I absolutely loved it. All of the bud tenders were very nice and all happened to have something different that they enjoyed so I got plenty of suggestions which was helpful for me since I was from out of town. it was an absolute nightmare, I placed my order at 9:30 a.m. and added two additional items at 1:30. I arrived at 3:30 for my already paid for order and it was ready but I had to stand in line in the "ordered" line. I spoke with "Blaize" the manager and he said that I need to be patient and wait behind the rest of the individuals who already paid but we're ordering additional items. When I finally made it to the counter the lady was just going through the motions and did not make my visit any more quicker or worth while. It was horrible! Worst dispensary experience I've had. They couldn't give me the deal they were offering on their TVs in the store, even though they had the product. The bud tender also didn't know anything about what I was asking for. Maybe she was new but at least she was nice. Prices are not bad but I was also over charged so that sucks. Been awhile since I was out in the area and decided to visit this establishment after word of mouth from some people I know that they had good deals in and more selection than a competitor across the street. I was blown away on the great selection of products in the store and even more impressed that the staff member Claire was willing to be patient with me asking about the different strains.
