Don't be intimidated when they're busy. In a sea of new dispensaries in New Buffalo, this is honestly the best one. The service is great! Dave Daoud, the manager/owner, has top notch hospitality. There were a few budtenders that helped ours in recs - really loved the teamwork and appreciated them jumping in because their recs were great! The prices are also the best in my opinion. We typically shop in Detroit and these prices compare. We're used to the overpriced shops so now we can spoil ourselves again. And don't be intimated if the lobby is full - they get through a full lobby in 15-20 minutes tops. They also have a huge selection of everything within all price ranges. Great 5 for $20 or 8 for $25 deals in edibles and quality disposable pens around $15. Flower is a decent selection as well. Jars is top notch! Since bud is over priced and taxed here in IL I tend to frequent MI as they are better priced and overall a better value with more selection. I will say that this particular time my budtender was not as helpful as previous visits. I do still fully stand behind this dispensary and will be back. read more

Tomorrow marks my third visit. Another half price sale on edibles. This includes the 5:1 CBD ratio and 5:1:1:1 ratio of CBD, CBG and CBN. Both Wava products that actually help my spinal pain and sleep. Their mid tier reasonably priced buds made excellent brownies that help the pain although CBD isn't expressly mentioned in the stuff I bought. This store feels very safe for anyone to visit. It's huge, it's clean and works like the well oiled machine you hear about. Large staff of 'tenders that are knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly, patient. I drove four hours from Illinois specifically just to check this place out! My bud tender was so nice and helpful (Meghan is a five star employee!) I'm a seasoned purchaser who is sick of spending so much money on weed in Illinois. This being my first time, the experience was kind of overwhelming to be honest. First, this is a WAY different experience than the dispensaries in Illinois. And let me just say that the entire process for this location was never explained to me - I get matched with a bud tender who is with me for my entire visit? Cool concept, but since this wasn't explained I just thought someone was following me around. I was so confused! After I realized that my bud tender was with me for this entire experience, I really started to depend on her, and I wasn't disappointed! Second, I walked from the lobby into the sales area and was just immediately accosted by loud music and I couldn't hear a single thing anyone said to me. I'm already really hard of hearing, and this was just not a good vibe at all. I kept having to ask my bud tender to repeat herself which I'm sure got really annoying. Not to sound like an 80yr old, but like... can you maybe turn the music down? Third, I was aggressively and very coldly told off by the big security guy for being on my phone while on the sales floor. Honestly, I thought he was joking until I looked at his face and I was like "oh shit, he is *not* smiling." I was only trying to transfer money from my savings to my checking so I could use the ATM to get cash with my card. And dude, where the fuck were the signs saying no cellphones allowed? Being told off for no reason? And NEVER being told that cell phones were not allowed? - this REALLY turned me off. You'd think that something that important would've been told to me by the people in the lobby when I said "yeah, this is my first time here." In fact, a run down of what to expect by the 'greeters' in the lobby would have been really nice. All in all, an interesting first experience. I'll most likely come back, and now that I know the process and the "rules" I hopefully shouldn't run into any further issues. Ordered on phone for pick up. Guy who took my order was very nice...he said it be ready in 15 mins. I showed up 30 mins later & order NOT READY. Employee told me to sit & wait. I ORDERED AHEAD SO I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. I did sit down for a second & then I saw them bring a order up & I asked if it was mine & she told me to sit & wait till they call my name. I drove 3 hours from central Illinois, they had some Death Star pre rolls 28 pk. I put an online order for 2 as it's one of my favorite strains. After getting home I was a little disappointed. The weed had no taste or smell. And was harvested over a year ago 10/23 & 11/23. Wasn't even received by dispo til 5/24 & 9/24 and not even put on shelf til end of December/beginning of January?
