This is a well stocked store with a large selection. The employees are polite and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you're looking for. The prices are fair and competitive. I've had good luck here several times and will be back again. read more

Green Stem Provisioning - Have happy day without pain - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Niles, Michigan

They "knew" my ID was fake (it wasn't) and told me they're confiscating it until an officer verifies its validity. Then they told me an officer isn't available. So I had to show them my boyfriend's ID (he's from the same state) and my license plate to certify I am in fact from Louisiana...I'd get it if I looked 12 but I very much look 24 -25+. Anyways they ended up realizing I've been coming there for over a year and just gave me what I paid for (along with 2 free edibles). I come here every other month so overall i've had a good experience but this was extremely frustrating. The guy with the blue hair and hat was very polite though. So I appreciated that but like girl be do for real right now. read more

Stephanie got me hooked up with everything I needed. I felt like a VIP. I'm very particular and she was on the same page from the get go. Highly recommend. read more

HANDS DOWN this is the worst dispensary in Michigan period. I wouldn't be suprise if the government shut this operation DOWN. customer service is the worst. The bud is all not good with the prices with it I honestly don't know how people keep coming here. Long story short every dispensary within a mile of tha place is WAY BETTE. read more

Slowest customer service EVERRR!!! Every single time I come it's always SO slow with tons of workers like howww!?

Needs a more open friendly type environment more like 7engines.. Sending a clerk out with your order and no displays of current product other than online seems backward to getting sales.. read more

Green Stem had very good service, they were patient with me and gave me a lot of good information.

Great products / fast service curbside/ Mick rules It's the only spot i choose to spend my money in Nikes read more

This is the only dispensary I go to anymore because they have perfectly usual prices and quicker service than other places I've been to. The people who come out to do our car side orders are always really nice and helpful. I've never made an appointment to go inside because I've never needed to and while I do wish it was the kind of place where you could just go in and browse the wares, I can think of a ton of reasons as to why that's not a great idea. I feel like a majority of the specials are on carts, too, which is something I have no interest in, I'd love to see some sort of deal on edibles or something :) read more

Talk about super kind people. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to answer question, great products! Without a doubt, i will be coming back! read more

I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Buck, my wonderful smiling budtender today. Always a pleasure coming here and please don't forget to tip your budtender! Thank you Buck!! read more

See all

We arrived 15 minutes prior to the days end and still received above & beyond customer service from the staff! The initial phone call / check in process was rather pleasant due to the employees positive attitude & great customer service (incredibly pleasant to speak to). The budtender who helped us process our online curbside order was incredibly patient and helpful in this process as well. She not only was able to provide us with A+ service, but she also informed me on my current rewards balance for my next visit, and even extended a gift for "waiting" a few minutes after closing. 10/10 experience read more

Jordan + Alana have been my bud tender on 2 separate occasions and they knocked it out of the park. Great recommendations, helpful advice, + very considerate of the fact that I'm not very knowledgeable! I've been coming to Green Stem for about a year, it's just better + better every time. For new customers- they absolutely check ID's every time, make sure to bring cash + participate in the loyalty program. Thanks Jordan + Alana! read more

It was easy to order online. The staff was friendly. Curbside pick up was easy. The order was correct, and the price was good.

The wait time is too long but the service ... people and products are AWESOME Alot of choices!

I come here all the time and everyone is always great! shout out to Mick like Mick Jagger! :)

Great service... Mick and kevin were great... I'll Def be back very quick with service.. I was in and out within 5 mins.............

I always order in advance to save time but I always have to wait at least a half hour! Incredibly disorganized place that should have figured out how to promptly deliver orders by now. read more

We were able to place an online order that was quickly filled and ready for pickup even with their waiting area full of customers. (They were only waiting because of the social distancing guidelines restricting the number of shoppers inside.) We were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman at the front desk, and after I gave him my name for pickup, another friendly gentleman brought out my prepared order. The whole ordering process was flawless and efficient. Quality products. Had items in stock (edibles) while other dispensaries were out that day. Great deals offered as well. We got 2 vapes for $100 while other places were selling single vapes for upwards of $70 each. Reccomend! read more

Kevin our bud tender was awesome but the call center dropped the ball big time. We just moved to the area from ca and I was excited to try to this place out but, after calling to check in, we waited over an hour and a half for our order while everyone else around us was helped. Called again and they had forgot to send someone out. I get it, stuff happens but that was way too long to be ignored- will definitely be finding a new place. read more

This was my first visit to a newly opened provisioning center. It was easy to check in great waiting room double the size of most dispensaries I've been in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable great selection I will definitely be back. read more

Very easy to order online and have my stuff delivered to my car. Everyone is very professional & personable. The products are good and inventory is updated regularly. They consistently have packs of pre-rolls which I appreciate. They have quite the variety too. They have a great app & offer loyalty points which I take advantage of to tip my budtender. All around a class act! I highly (LOL) recommend Green Stem. read more

Its all great until something you buy is bad or does not work, you play hell trying to get it corrected and they care nothing about there customers, not the people the assist curbside but the people at the window are rude as he!!!! read more

Horrible service placed an online order and took 1 hour to get. That's crazy, whats the point of even placing the order in the first place. This place is horrible DONT COME HERE read more

Online and curbside is a complete shit show if I'm a cash online order should be expedited like wtf green steam get your a shit together looks like a half an hour wait for online order ! You guys are straight unorganized stoners and it shows read more

Being shorted out of money and then when I've being served going to other customers and leaving me hanging before I'm done ordering. I do not recommend this a greedy thief stealing place to anybody read more

First off, I've noticed that some dispensaries nearby don't take credit card and coming from someone who hardly carry's cash, this is a nice perk that Green Stem offers. I can pay with my card and tip all in one. Secondly, Lacey is awesome! She's very polite and quick to answer any questions you may have. She's very knowledgeable with the products and can really sell them. It's also awesome they give you 15% off your first visit! The curbside parking is also an added perk that I loved about Green Stem! I didn't even have to leave my vehicle. Had a great experience and I'll definitely be returning! read more

They are so helpful and knowledgable about their product. Its so fast and easy and they give a 15% discount on the first order. My fiance and I frequent it now and became regulars just off the service alone. read more

Best dispensary around! They take great care of their customers! I love it here. Have been going here since they opened and I will continue to use their wonderful service. read more

Super friendly staff!! Had my order ready right on time!! Also while you wait there's a killer taco place next door ;)

Zack B helped us yesterday when we were there. Ver knowledgable about all the products! In Chicago you really don't get any advice ! Thank you and we will be back! read more

Zac C. is an excellent Bud Tender. He's patient, kind and efficient And cheerful! 5 stars!

I've been tagging along with friends here and it's always been a long wait but this time around I went for myself, I was excited about my 15% off first time discount, I ask the bud tender about the discount before my purchase and I was assured I'd receive my money back in cash... after about 5-7 minutes I get my ID and purchases giving to me but no money back! I didn't receive my first time discount because I was told they "forgot to add it to my order". read more

Love the place. Yea the herb is a little pricey but what do you expect. The service is too notch. One budtender Mani went above and beyond for me a few weeks ago. Definitely recommend this place. Bring cash tho. read more

Honestly, you can't find better service. Especially if your lucky enough to get Travis or Benjamin both are stellar at their jobs! They will not disappoint with their friendly attitudes and fast service! The family buisness is doing more than it's share of giving back to our community! They are curbside which is my favorite! Jamming to the tunes in the car while waiting for the friendly face. Online ordering makes things a snap! They even take debit cards with their curbside atm service! The new sticky mitten carts they are making the co2 is out of this world! If you stop in make sure to try that sticky mitten :) read more

Blake was so awesome and helpful! Will come again! Thanks Blake for all the information. Definitely ask for Blake.

They've been great every time I've stopped in. Adam helped me today and he was wonderful, and although his face was covered-I could assume he was strikingly handsome. (I believe his name was Adam, but again; wonderful products. Kind and assumingely handsome staff.) read more

the wait was...pretty short? i wasn't really paying attention. the budtender who helped us was awesome i did not get his name unfortunately. but we are very impressed with the products we got as well! i have nothing negative to say about this place. the parking lot/signs are clear as day, we used curbside but i plan to return to visit inside-i'm sure it's just as nice! read more

Bait and Switch. They had some frosty crystallized buds in the glass display I said I want that one. We are directed to the back to tiny premature nugs of the same strain with ZERO frostiness. Claimed thc percent of 29% with no crystals. Bought the most potent prerolls the other day and smoking two back to back couldn't get me high. Supposedly 25 percent thc with no crystals? I legit got higher from mid grade. You cannot get top shelf here it's all premature or low quality. The only high quality is in the display case but it's not the same stuff you're going to get. Also don't buy the prerolls they are only filled halfway and not even packed in so the joint runs like crazy. read more
