They "knew" my ID was fake (it wasn't) and told me they're confiscating it until an officer verifies its validity. Then they told me an officer isn't available. So I had to show them my boyfriend's ID (he's from the same state) and my license plate to certify I am in fact from Louisiana...I'd get it if I looked 12 but I very much look 24 -25+. Anyways they ended up realizing I've been coming there for over a year and just gave me what I paid for (along with 2 free edibles). I come here every other month so overall i've had a good experience but this was extremely frustrating. The guy with the blue hair and hat was very polite though. So I appreciated that but like girl be do for real right now. read more

HANDS DOWN this is the worst dispensary in Michigan period. I wouldn't be suprise if the government shut this operation DOWN. customer service is the worst. This is the only dispensary I go to anymore because they have perfectly usual prices and quicker service than other places I've been to. The people who come out to do our car side orders are always really nice and helpful. I've never made an appointment to go inside because I've never needed to and while I do wish it was the kind of place where you could just go in and browse the wares, I can think of a ton of reasons as to why that's not a great idea. I feel like a majority of the specials are on carts, too, which is something I have no interest in, I'd love to see some sort of deal on edibles or something :) read more

It was easy to order online. The staff was friendly. Curbside pick up was easy. The order was correct, and the price was good.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to the days end and still received above & beyond customer service from the staff! The initial phone call / check in process was rather pleasant due to the employees positive attitude & great customer service (incredibly pleasant to speak to). The budtender who helped us process our online curbside order was incredibly patient and helpful in this process as well. She not only was able to provide us with A+ service, but she also informed me on my current rewards balance for my next visit, and even extended a gift for "waiting" a few minutes after closing. 10/10 experience read more

We were able to place an online order that was quickly filled and ready for pickup even with their waiting area full of customers. (They were only waiting because of the social distancing guidelines restricting the number of shoppers inside.) We were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman at the front desk, and after I gave him my name for pickup, another friendly gentleman brought out my prepared order. The whole ordering process was flawless and efficient. Quality products. Had items in stock (edibles) while other dispensaries were out that day. Great deals offered as well. We got 2 vapes for $100 while other places were selling single vapes for upwards of $70 each. Reccomend! read more

We just moved to the area from ca and I was excited to try to this place out but, after calling to check in, we waited over an hour and a half for our order while everyone else around us was helped. Very easy to order online and have my stuff delivered to my car. Everyone is very professional & personable. The products are good and inventory is updated regularly. They consistently have packs of pre-rolls which I appreciate. They have quite the variety too. They have a great app & offer loyalty points which I take advantage of to tip my budtender. First off, I've noticed that some dispensaries nearby don't take credit card and coming from someone who hardly carry's cash, this is a nice perk that Green Stem offers. I can pay with my card and tip all in one. Secondly, Lacey is awesome! She's very polite and quick to answer any questions you may have. She's very knowledgeable with the products and can really sell them. It's also awesome they give you 15% off your first visit! The curbside parking is also an added perk that I loved about Green Stem! I didn't even have to leave my vehicle. Had a great experience and I'll definitely be returning! read more

Honestly, you can't find better service. Especially if your lucky enough to get Travis or Benjamin both are stellar at their jobs! They will not disappoint with their friendly attitudes and fast service! The family buisness is doing more than it's share of giving back to our community! They are curbside which is my favorite! Bait and Switch. They had some frosty crystallized buds in the glass display I said I want that one. We are directed to the back to tiny premature nugs of the same strain with ZERO frostiness. Claimed thc percent of 29% with no crystals. Bought the most potent prerolls the other day and smoking two back to back couldn't get me high. Supposedly 25 percent thc with no crystals? I legit got higher from mid grade. You cannot get top shelf here it's all premature or low quality. The only high quality is in the display case but it's not the same stuff you're going to get. Also don't buy the prerolls they are only filled halfway and not even packed in so the joint runs like crazy. read more
