First off, I want to apologize to everyone in that store except for the manager. Your attitude…read moreabout not knowing the situation and immediately showing anger over me calling about my points for the sixth week in a row was uncalled for. I called Watervliet twice to ask about them with no response, but the rude manager got upset because I called again. Sad to say, I called DOJA in Portage twice, and both times they were able to fix my points rewards number and even retrieve all the points I had ever received--all within two hours. What took Watervliet DOJA six weeks to scramble and figure out, Portage had done in no time. To me, it seems like the manager needs some re-managing. Cussing on the phone to another employee, getting mad like a kid, slamming the phone, and saying, "If this guy threatens me one more time"--don't let your throat veins burst, buddy.

Prices for cannabis are ridiculous in Chicago, even with a med card, so I make the Kessel Run to find my Zen regularly. The same Airo vapes (love the flavor and hits off those) that run $60 for half grams in the city are thirty for full grams cartridges here. Selection is excellent across Zen locations. Watch out for the man outside on Buchanan's Main Street. Just a soon as I loaded up and pulled my illegal U turn, I got lit up and pulled over. Lucky for me I knew enough to wait until I got home to toke, and the guy took mercy on me when he saw my Mom calling my cell (true story) and let me go with a warning.
