JARS New Buffalo -- A Truly Extraordinary Experience
I've been to plenty of dispensaries, but I can honestly say that JARS in New Buffalo off US-12 is in a league of its own. What makes this place so special isn't just the selection or the products -- it's the people.
The energy and vibe from the entire team here are something I've never experienced at another dispensary. Everyone is super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about the products, genuinely friendly, and actually seems to care about the people walking through the door. There is a culture here that is very rare.
It's difficult to explain unless you experience it yourself, but there is something about the atmosphere at JARS New Buffalo that makes every visit feel different. It's an extraordinary experience -- and it's absolutely worth the drive.
I know most of the employees by name, and that says a lot. I'm not just walking into a dispensary anymore; I'm walking into a place where I know people and where people know me. That kind of relationship and genuine human connection is what has earned my loyalty.
Alex is my number-one guy. If you're going to JARS, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex. His customer service is phenomenal, but what really stands out is the person he is. He has an incredible personality, genuine kindness, great energy, and most importantly, he is a genuine, beautiful soul. He's incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. People like Alex are rare.
And I absolutely have to recognize Karen, another bright shining star at JARS. She is amazing at what she does and brings that same combination of knowledge, professionalism, warmth, and genuine human connection. JARS is incredibly lucky to have her.
And then there's Frankie, another shining star who makes every visit better. Alex, Karen, and Frankie are three people I genuinely look forward to seeing every time I go to JARS. They're not just employees to me anymore -- they're part of what makes this place special.
And of course, Dave is my guy! If you see him, tell him hello from the Italian veteran from Chicago! Dave is another one of the people who makes JARS feel familiar, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable.
And I want to make something very clear: my loyalty is here because of the people who make up JARS. I know most of them by name. I enjoy seeing them. I enjoy talking with them. I trust their knowledge and recommendations. That is something you simply don't find everywhere.
I would never go anywhere else. Even though JARS New Buffalo is worth the drive, I'd make the drive regardless because of the people and the experience.
