Primior Asset Management has basically become non-responsive. I have been with them for 3 years now and feel it is time to move on. They are responsible for managing my property, collecting rent and disbursing funds collected on my behalf. I have access to my portfolio and see payments that have been received more than a week out that have not been disbursed timely. I attempted to send emails to inquire about this, my most recent on 4/21/25, only to get notifications that the email addresses are non-working addresses. All contact numbers either hang up after a few rings, have mailboxes that are not set up or states that the person I'm contacting is not available with no option to leave a voicemail. There is no point of contact. I am currently working to dissolve this relationship and would not recommend this business as a property management company read more

I do still think they are doing a good job but I will caution anyone thinking about selecting them to read your monthly statement very carefully. 3 months in a row we had issues with rent collected and the statements sent over, after spending time and going over the statements last month, we thought everything was clean and done. BUT NOOOOOO, received the new statement for April and it was $200 short. Reached out to my property manager and he had an accounting lady call me, but she just kept trying to explain the ledger to me, going through the line from January, well not to sound like a jerk but I know how to read a ledger, the problem isn't the math on the ledger was wrong. After going back to my previous statements, come to find out $200 they received from the tenant was somehow wiped out which caused the account to be $200 short. they did fix it right away and the Director reached out to me about the issue so I appreciated the quick response. Really hope they get things in order and we don't have to deal with this every month. But just pay attention to you statement!!!! read more

I and my husband needed to move to diamond bar this year and we needed to purchase a condo. But we could not find one that we like, so we turned to lease a place first to leave. We felt so sorry because their team member took us many properties already. But they immediately found a place to let us leave, instead of pushing us to purchase a house. Any agent can show you a home and help you submit a bid, but you need an agent that understands all the need of clients and put client's benefit on top of everything. Terrible management company for a few reasons. 1) they have tenants cars towed without warning but have no problem leaving cars with outdated tags and covered in filth to be parked for months on end. When confronted, their argument is "Well nobody complained" After complaining, they still havent moved the damn thing. 2) The bathroom situation was an absolute joke for 2 1/2 months. Making tenants walk down stairs while they "improved" (not sure thats what you call it) with a complete remodel. 3) Owner of said company is a complete jerk off. When asking why having tenants cars towed, responded with "Sue me". These guys aren't fit to watch paint dry (which they still havent painted since remodeling the bathroom.
