Almost everything could be improved. We understood that we'd be getting a private shuttle that seated up to 9 passengers. The images on the website were of nice, newer transport vans. The van that arrived was at least 40 years old, smelled like cigarette smoke and mothballs, was filthy and wasn't safe. The wheels must have been out of alignment bc the van shook/wobbled the whole time. When you're barreling up the 5 it's disconcerting. The driver was polite and was even a bit early, which was great. This review is not a reflection of him. It's the van itself, the misleading advertising and exceptionally poor customer service. We'll never use Prime Time Shuttle again. read more

Not Worth the Price - Same Old Van, Twice We used Prime Time Shuttle for round-trip private van service (reservation #1263622), paying almost $500 for what was supposed to be a clean, professional ride. What we got instead was an old, beat-up Ford E350 with seat covers hiding torn upholstery, a dirty floor, and a very bumpy ride. After I complained about the outbound trip, their rep promised a better vehicle for the return. But on June 27, we got the exact same driver and van. The driver was polite, but told me they "just send me where they tell me to go." The company ignored my follow-up email afterward. We paid for something better -- and were misled. I chose Prime Time Shuttle because it was easy to schedule everything in their app and the price was reasonable for a private van. However, my driver to LAX was not very happy about his job. He had a bad attitude and it really dampened our mood to start our trip. The driver that picked us up at the airport when we came back from our trip was over 45 minutes late. I kept texting him to let him know when we landed, go through customs and picking up our luggage. He initially text me and told me where to wait outside and his van information. But when we got outside his van was nowhere to be found. He wouldn't pick up my call or answer my text messages. I get that LAX is bumper to bumper traffic but I would think a professional airport transportation company would have it all figured out. The company ended up calling me twice to ask if my driver picked me up and I kept telling them no. The company called the driver and then he responded to my text. Even then he lied about how far he was. The app tracking system of the van was inaccurate. It's a horrible experience to have to go through all this after a long international flight and have to wait curbside with all your luggage and children. The driver could have called me back using a hands free device to update me and be honest about his location and pick up time. The driver could have used voice text or text me since he was in standstill traffic. What a headache. I will not recommend or use this company again. read more

An hour before their scheduled pick up time they called and told us they don't have a driver and they'd have to cancel our shuttle. An hour before we had to be picked up. I booked a pick up from LAX going to my home two month ago when I got ready to go on a trip. This was our second time taking Prime Time Shuttle. Received driver/vehicle info on the app by end of our trip. I texted the driver telling him we will have checked luggage. Driver let me know to call him once I am done with customs and have picked up the luggage and where he wanted us to wait. We waited for him by B9 and got picked up without any problem. A nightmare experience is the only way to describe Prime Time Shuttle's handling of my booking. My booking was for two adults and two children on April 21, 2022 for a pickup at 9:20am from Downey to LAX. Our flight was departing at 11:50am. They left my family and myself high and dry eight minutes before we were supposed to be picked up. I received a text the morning of our pickup from the dispatcher at 7:19am, stating that they would like to pick us up sooner due to heavy traffic that morning. I responded and agreed to an earlier pickup (8:45am) agreeing that traffic from Downey to LAX would be heavy. My family and I rushed to get ready sooner than expected and eight minutes before our agreed pickup time, John from Prime Time called me to inform me that Prime Time would NOT be picking my family up and they had no emergency backup driver to assist us. The reason given to me by John was that the driver scheduled to pick us up was stuck in traffic traveling from Fontana. I was shocked and upset and forced to find another alternative. John informed me that they would be refunding my money and had the audacity to advise me to quickly find another transportation service because traffic was heavy to LAX. The business handling of this mishap was so unprofessional. They made no attempt to try and help book us with another service or refer us to another service. It was simply, "Sorry, you're screwed. Goodbye." No attempt to try and retain any future business by offering alternative assistance or offer some type of compensation for future bookings. Suffice to say I will not be using Prime Time Shuttle in the future and I would note recommend their service to anyone especially if you have a large family. NEVER EVER hire this company! We found their website through Google, and we booked this shuttle company to pick us up from LAX, but that was not the case. We had to drag our luggage and ride a bus to get to their parking lot. We called our driver Ibrahim as soon as our flight arrived and informed him that we are still clearing immigration and claim our luggage. He instructed us to ride the shuttle bus to where he was parked. When we got to the parking lot, we called him 3x and he didn't pick up the phone. We waited til he called back and finally met him. He greeted us and he loaded our luggage in his car. Once we are all inside, he said he waited longer than 1.5hrs and would need to charge us an extra $40 because we were 20 minutes late. He said he could either cancel the ride and still charge us the original fee of $150 and we get out of his car, or he can be nice and take us to our destination for the extra. What a disgustingly dishonest guy! He had the audacity to threaten to leave us at the parking lot. He left us with no choice but to agree with him. I realize that were at the tail end of the pandemic, but I was still worried about sharing a shuttle with other passengers. I called Prime Time Shuttle's customer service, because I could not understand their prices on their app. Their Express showed that it was a 3 passenger with 3 baggages private service. The Express SUV showed 4 passengers with 6 baggages. It did not show that it was a private service. Customer service informed me that they no longer provide ride shares, and all of the services that they provide are private. On the date of departure from our house to the airport, the driver arrived early. He texted us to let us know that he arrived, and that if we were ready we could leave earlier than planned. We were happy to leave early, since we didn't realize that we were travelling on a Memorial Day weekend. Shahrihar Khorrami (driver) was very nice. It would be nice if we could have requested to have him pick us up after our return flight. Prime Time customer service called me on the date of my return informing me that the driver was waiting for us at LAX. Unfortunately, we were arriving in 12 hours. I must have selected ante meridiem instead of post meridiem. Since the app asks for the airline and flight number, I didn't check to see if I chose p.m. Fortunately, the representative said that he would just reschedule it to the correct LAX pickup time. Since we have not down since the pandemic, we didn't realize that we now have to use a shuttle to a lot When we arrived the lot, we saw signs for different providers, but we didn't see a sign for Prime Time. We continued standing at 1A, and texted back that we were at 1A. A car lowered his window asking if I was Ann. I didn't complain about not having an SUV, since our large luggage was able to fit within his trunk. Booked the reservation online for a luxury elite ride for my family. Pick up driver was on time, but got lost on the way to the airport and I had to punch in GPS on my phone to give him directions.
