We visited this place about 8 years ago while visiting Michigan and felt we HAD TO stop here again. SOOOO Glad we did. The food is fantastic. The salads are dry and crisp cut to perfection. I had the Chicken Parmesan and loved every bite. The service is excellent, you are welcomed as soon as you arrive and your table, menus and water are brought to you by a smartly dressed man or lady before your server arrives. Ericka was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. Tended to our every need, she was patient with us as we decided what we would have. The menu is varied and has MANY different dishes that I would definitely try. Ericka chatted with us and made us feel right at home. We live in North Carolina now. What a fantastic restaurant, simple menu with multiple options, everybody can find something. It has been a long time since I have been in a casual sit-down restaurant where the wait staff have actually worn uniforms. I ordered the Gyro with onion rings. It was promptly served, steaming hot and absolutely delicious. As you can see from the photo, I ordered the baklava. I have never seen a piece of baklava that large before. Staff were courteous, helpful, and provided great conversation. You could tell from the people entering that this is a staple in the area, so I would suggest that if you're ever in Niles, you swing by and enjoy their homemade food and incredible desserts. read more

We were in the area with family who had been here before and really wanted us to try it out. Since it was lunchtime, I ordered the Reuben sandwich with the sauerkraut on the side, while my husband went with the smothered hamburger steak and mashed potatoes.My meal was very good, though my husband felt his hamburger steak was a little too dense for his liking. This a great Mom and Pop restaurant with homemade ( like grandma used to make) comfort food. Prices are beyond reasonable. Portions are above average. Service is friendly and professional and customer is well taken care of. This is an unexpected Diamond. Greek Chicken is well worth the wait. Mom's best liver and onions (tender and flavorful). This place is always busy, there's a reason for that. The menu is extensive with quite a variety, and I've never been disappointed. The standards at Prime Table are second to none. Out the the two times I have eaten there, I would only recommend the soda and fries. Club was basic and dry, way overpriced. The patty melt I got the second time was absolutely disgusting. Went there with 5 people on a Monday night. It was fairly busy but we did not have to wait. Our table ordered sandwiches, salads and omelettes. All of the food came very fast and everything was hot, fresh, and of decent portion size. Everyone liked the taste of their food. Our waitress was super friendly! The hostess was very nice as well. Went there today and was totally disappointed. I've always enjoyed their breakfast omelettes but went for a lunch today Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and was very disappointed. The chicken salad was so runny and the fries were soggy and lukewarm. Ordered the rice pudding and that to was a huge disappointment. No need to go back. read more

Stopped by for the first time in a while at Prime Table and man, have they jacked the prices. The food is decent at best, but that depends on what you get- there's some sketchy entrees I wouldn't feed my dog. The atmosphere alone would make me give this restaurant 0 stars if possible. The old timey diner feel and the ridiculous uniforms the employees wear is hard to get over. The main thing that never fails to ruin my experience is listening to the owners chew out servers relentlessly and they seem to live in fear. The only redeeming quality is friendly and efficient servers. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at these prices read more

**spent less than I did at Wendy's, but experienced truly upscale service with genuinely phenomenal food** My wife and I stopped in at Prime Table at "Prime Time" (okay, I won't make the joke again, promise) on a Saturday in the morning and it was a full house. We are greeted immediately and sat quickly where coffee was offered within seconds and was a welcomed surprise compared to other restaurants who do not value their hospitality like Prime Table does. Speaking of service, our server, Jessica, was flawless. Attentive and present only exactly when needed. It doesn't stop with Jessica though. We were tended to hand and foot by no less than 3 servers/assistents. Coffee was never below half and our food was out fast. When I say I've never had biscuits and gravy like this since I've been in the south. I mean it. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and perfect meeting of specifications (got my homefries well-done and eggs over-medium) matters. When I'm paying less than I would at a fast-food restaurant and getting this kind service and food, it's very difficult to deviate from going here. read more

Just had brunch on Mother's Day! A short wait, but exactly how long they said it would be(20 min).The servers were friendly, the food was delicious, the serving sizes were generous but not overwhelming. I previously reviewed Prime Table and gave them 4 stars even though I love the food, they had forgotten a thing or two in my to go orders. I feel I was too harsh, I'm sure to gos got crazy because of Covid. The pork chop dinner for 2 is a great deal for a great meal. The seasoning is on point, it's always cooked perfect. I also really like the triple meat deluxe skillet for breakfast. And my girlfriend is a big fan of the turkey club sandwich with salad. They usually have great soups as well. The service is great when you dine in, but the vibe feels tense at times. I get the feeling that management or ownership is a little strict based on the uniforms and the almost nervousness of the staff sometimes. I would prefer a more casual atmosphere but maybe I'm in the minority. That being said, I've received nothing but great service and great food from these guys. Went for breakfast. Got a corn beef hash skillet with over easy eggs. Food came out fast but eggs were way over cooked. Yolk was cooked hard. Hash was lukewarm and cheese on it was cold. Been going to Prime Table for years. Great service.........great variety on the menu and some of the most charming servers ever. Friendly people and good food--a winning combination. I like that the people working there wear a uniform---black pants/skirts with white tops. Looks very professional.
