I asked him how he was going to handle it he said he has insurance and he would have to make a claim cuz it's so expensive. Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

I've been lied to numerous times as to it's whereabouts. The latest is that it's still in California. That means they've had it for 50 days and it hasn't left the state. I'm considering it stolen. They don't answer their phones, don't return voicemail or email. I have to call approximately 25 times to different numbers to maybe get a live person only to be bs'd again. They didn't do much talking -- just got right down to wrapping items and putting them in the truck. They followed me to the first stop to drop off one item, and then to the second floor storage unit. They did a great job there as well. When setting this up, I spoke with Carla in the office. I had several emails and calls with her following the initial call, and I really appreciated her help and humor. I was totally pleased.
