All our items were moved undamaged and put exactly where we asked them to be. The personal service was impeccable as the owner, Alex, was very communicative each step of the way, even at "off-hours" and was personally on-site whenever there was activity. The owner accepted any task we asked of him without making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him or his crew. They even happily mounted a TV on a wall of one of our offices. I auto pay, so my payment had already come out for the month. When I asked for my credit he said they no longer prorated the space. Of course that was after I did the paperwork to vacate. If I knew this I would have kept the space til the end. But of course he did not tell me that, so they get to rent it out and keep my money for the spot. Nothing like double dipping.... I will not be going back there!
