All our items were moved undamaged and put exactly where we asked them to be. The personal service was impeccable as the owner, Alex, was very communicative each step of the way, even at "off-hours" and was personally on-site whenever there was activity. The owner accepted any task we asked of him without making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him or his crew. They even happily mounted a TV on a wall of one of our offices. They truly are the very best I have ever used. They seem to truly enjoy what they do and are very friendly. They listen and care about doing things right. Every detail of moving my 2 bedroom apartment was performed flawlessly and with care.

They also didn't complete set up as asked and paid for and charged my elderly parents the higher rate for paying by credit card when I told them I would go to my own house and return with my checkbook to pay to save my parents money. I live 15 minutes away round trip. During my short absence, the movers pressured my parents to pay with the credit card. Sadly, we even bought all the crew lunch to save them time and money. We feel betrayed and angry. We will never use them and hope others avoid our fate.

We had to move the left items and they gave me grief for requesting a $100.00 credit/rebate. They also "lost" belongings. The other day I was going to give them another chance, and gained quotes for 2 moves....2 locations. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. I've been a customer here for nearly ten years, so this situation was honestly disappointing…read more My girlfriend and I recently upgraded to a larger unit, moving everything out of our smaller one. The original unit was completely empty, no lock, clearly vacated. I ended up being about 24 hours late in canceling before the next billing cycle, and they charged me for a full additional month anyway. What made it worse was that I received both a bill for the next month and a vacancy notice at the same time, acknowledging the unit was already empty. When I asked about a refund or even a prorated credit, I was told there was nothing they could do. Their reasoning was that they only issue credits to accounts, and since the new unit is under my girlfriend's name, they wouldn't transfer anything over. To add to the frustration, they also shut off my access code despite charging me for that extra month. It felt like policy mattered more than common sense or customer loyalty. After nearly a decade of doing business here, I expected a more reasonable and customer focused response. Also the security gate has been broken for almost a year now and they continue to lie about when its getting fixed.

After checking out other reputable storage locations around the same area of Merrimack, we settled on Synergy because of the high quality of their location, the straightforward and easy set up, and the helpful guidance from the staff. I've interacted with both the owners over multiple visits (apologies I've forgotten your names) but they were both helpful and take their business seriously. I've spoken to at least one employee of theirs as well, and she was just as helpful and very polite/friendly. The climate control meant we didn't have to worry about some valuables or delicate items in storage. The high level of security meant we never worried about anyone trying to tamper or break into our unit. And the professionalism of the business meant we never stressed getting overcharged. Definitely a storage location highly worth your consideration.

I used Poseidon for relocating my furniture while i had my floors done. The guys did a great job…read moremoving the furniture from the second floor to the first and protected everything in the process. Nico and jay made sure the same guys came back to move everything back up to the second floor even though i had to reschedule the move back in date due to flooring issues. Mohammed disassembled and reassembled my complicated fridge both to move it downstairs and move it back up which was such a relief due to the complicated nature of the fridge. Definitely recommend these guys. Everyone that helped was so nice and i would use them again!

Booked a move from Colorado to Texas. Wish I did more research before immediately choosing this…read morecompany. Pick up was fine , but I was very confused . 1) the pick up truck was a massive 18 wheeler that this company must've contracted out. Nowhere did it say "Poseidon moving" . 2) the men who helped load the trucks were from "Hidalgo movers" again nowhere did it say they were from Poseidon moving 3) once I got the keys to my apt, and spoke to my landlord about that big 18 wheeler coming by, he said absolutely not. So I informed the company the day before " hey yall can't bring that 18 wheeeler in you will have to transfer my items into a smaller moving truck" . They said they understood , however the day of the move I see the 18 wheeler at the entrance of the apartment complex blocking the entrance . It was extremely embarrassing. Then some two dudes come by in a ford truck and trailer . With plates from Alabama . Again I have no idea who they were , they didn't have any Poseidon moving logos. Furthermore they asked for water?! And I had none obviously . 4) my boxes came in smashed, and I'm somehow missing two items that I literally saw them load in the truck : my piano stand and my towel rack. I'm not sure how these items could've gotten lost if my items were never transferred out of that initial 18 wheeler.
