They truly are the very best I have ever used. They seem to truly enjoy what they do and are very friendly. They listen and care about doing things right. They also didn't complete set up as asked and paid for and charged my elderly parents the higher rate for paying by credit card when I told them I would go to my own house and return with my checkbook to pay to save my parents money. I live 15 minutes away round trip. During my short absence, the movers pressured my parents to pay with the credit card. Sadly, we even bought all the crew lunch to save them time and money. We feel betrayed and angry. We will never use them and hope others avoid our fate.

Everything was wrapped in blankets and wrapped again in plastic to protect my furniture. I was tremendously impressed by the care they took and their efficiency. when I remarked on this they just shrugged and said "This is what we do". I highly recommend Stairhopper. I hope to never move again but if I do this is who I'll call.

I have used their services back in 2013 for picking up and shredding documents. I had decided to…read moredrive up recently (within about 7days of the new year) and save some time and money. Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

AJAX Moving was amazing to work with…read more They went above and beyond in assisting with our two office moves. Everything went seamlessly and all our requests, even our "particular" ones were met. All our items were moved undamaged and put exactly where we asked them to be. The personal service was impeccable as the owner, Alex, was very communicative each step of the way, even at "off-hours" and was personally on-site whenever there was activity. The owner accepted any task we asked of him without making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him or his crew. They even happily mounted a TV on a wall of one of our offices. We are definitely fans and will use AJAX again anytime we open or close an office.

We were told the mattress would be place to make a wall in the container. Instead it was placed…read morethe long way of the pod away from the wall. Before they left, one of the mover told my husband it should have been put in first and was not. The photos are from the morning after they left. You can visibly see the fold in the Tempur-pedic mattress. When we tried to hold it up to see if we could stabilize it, one of our three pictures we had "professionally" packed was being leaned on by the mattress. The box was bending. The professional packing consisted of two cardboard panels taped together. The frame of our Thomas Kinkad painting was hanging out with the tape on it. We were charged for 5 hours of labor plus for the "professional" packing of the painting. My husband tip the movers in cash. They were nice guys. We let them take a bunch of things we had out our goodwill pile which took away from the time we were charged for labor. I contacted the office the following day via email with the photos attached. The office manager and I corresponded via email. On 9/24, they agreed mattress should have been placed against the wall to ensure the flatness of it and strapped down. She did note we had not rented or purchase any straps from them. The crew did stated to her they thought the picture was more secure than the pictures show and assumed it moved during transport of the MI-BOX. (THE POD HAD NOT BEEN MOVED BETWEEN THEM LEAVING AND WHEN THE PICTURES ATTACHED WERE TAKEN). Included in the office manager's response was: " Typically, College Bound Movers is not liable for items once the doors to the MI-BOX close. Any claims would go against go against your content's insurance. You did provide your homeowners for coverage. As a customer service courtesy, i am going to offer you a customer service refund of one hour labor time and the mattress cover." I responded back to the office manager the same day. The "assumption" on their part that the paintings shifted during transport was not true. The POD had not left the driveway between the time they left & the pictures were taken. It's a week later and there has been no further correspondence from her.

They called the morning of the move to tell us that they were on their way. Nick, Alex and Ryan were extremely professional. They wrapped some of wooden furniture. They finished loading the truck. Once at our new home and the unloading began. They had everything in and put things where they belonged. Asked questions about where to put things. The entire move took less time than the estimate. So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. Again the employee who worked with me on the phone to provide my estimate was incredibly nice and helpful, I was just shocked to see the price they asked for.

USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL....doesn't matter. They do it all. Plus, you can get documents notarized here like the UPS center on D.W. Highway. The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5.

I had Trend Movers out of Portland, ME. They were scheduled for Aug. 11 from 8-12AM. They did not…read morecome or call to cancel. I left 3 messages in the afternoon that were not returned. Finally was told at 4PM they would be coming the next day. I was taking my daughter to airport that day. I never talked to a person to say that date would not work. They came anyway. Today 8/20 -or 9 days from original delivery date the items were delivered. They came in a large truck. They were plainly instructed to stop truck on pavement and not drive truck on grass. They drove 45 ft onto my grass even as I was standing in my yard waving my arms STOP. Driver was Clueless. Once they unloaded the items into my home (I had paid for White Glove Service) it was fine. Co. attempts to have no direct contact with customer. They leave texts of when delivery will be coming. If that does not work as in my case the attitude is "too bad, not my problem." It was not a good experience. I would not use this company again.
