    I can't say enough good about Synergy. Seriously…read more My girlfriend and myself needed to get a 2 bedroom apartments worth of belongings into storage as we made a move. After checking out other reputable storage locations around the same area of Merrimack, we settled on Synergy because of the high quality of their location, the straightforward and easy set up, and the helpful guidance from the staff. I've interacted with both the owners over multiple visits (apologies I've forgotten your names) but they were both helpful and take their business seriously. I've spoken to at least one employee of theirs as well, and she was just as helpful and very polite/friendly. The climate control meant we didn't have to worry about some valuables or delicate items in storage. The high level of security meant we never worried about anyone trying to tamper or break into our unit. And the professionalism of the business meant we never stressed getting overcharged. Definitely a storage location highly worth your consideration.

The original unit was completely empty, no lock, clearly vacated. I ended up being about 24 hours late in canceling before the next billing cycle, and they charged me for a full additional month anyway. What made it worse was that I received both a bill for the next month and a vacancy notice at the same time, acknowledging the unit was already empty. When I asked about a refund or even a prorated credit, I was told there was nothing they could do. Their reasoning was that they only issue credits to accounts, and since the new unit is under my girlfriend's name, they wouldn't transfer anything over. To add to the frustration, they also shut off my access code despite charging me for that extra month. It felt like policy mattered more than common sense or customer loyalty. After nearly a decade of doing business here, I expected a more reasonable and customer focused response. Also the security gate has been broken for almost a year now and they continue to lie about when its getting fixed.
