My wife and I opened 2 storage units in Salem NH, 03079 on October 1, 2024. On October 14, 2024 we…read morerealized the 2 units would not be adequate so we requested to cancel the units and move into 2 larger units. We were told that the process is to cancel the smaller units, our money, over $2000, would be refunded within 15 days. Once cancelled we were able to get 2 larger units. At that point we had to pay for those right away. Well, now it's January 15, 2025 and we have still not received a refund for 1 of the 2 units. We have talked to the store manager, Joanne Viera. She has written several tickets (problem reports) but has not been successful in getting a response. I called customer service and also asked Dawn to put in a report. I never heard back from anyone and have not received a refund. I want to state that Joanne Viera has tried to help us but has not been successful. At one point she was told that a check was mailed to us (that what she was told when she inquired about the check). That never happened. It was never mailed. I would not recommend this facility based on customer support or the lack thereof.

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time.
