We were looking to get some quotes on termite treatment and Bulwark was one of a few that we called…read moreafter seeing the positive reviews on here and them having good information on their website. They had good availability, were initially very responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. We did our research so we knew some questions to ask and the specialist that came out couldn't answer most of them. In fact, we were told it was his first time really doing this on his own which really didn't inspire much confidence. We asked for quotes for a few different types of treatment options. We only got a quote for one despite repeated attempts and it seemed because he wasn't knowledgeable about those other options and was going to check with his boss. There was no follow up on these. What really turned us off of Bulwark though was how predatory they are about getting you to sign up. They called both my husband and I multiple times a day for at least a month from some franchise call center. The frequency went down but it was almost non-stop for months. We were really hoping to use them for this specialized treatment and potentially sign up for their regular pest control services but the lack of follow through, lack of knowledge, and nonstop phone calls with high pressure tactics are a hard no from us. Cannot recommend.

They came out in July and treated and were back 3 weeks later and treated unbeknownst to me. Then they billed me saying it's an ongoing contract which we didn't sign up for. We made it clear it was a one year contract and not to exceed that. They did, they billed. BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE AND RELATIONS! JUST DON'T! I just got a call from the local branch manager. He said it was their mistake and they will write off what he called the extra treatment, the gal I spoke with said it was a quarterly ongoing treatment. Different info but the result was we cancelled the contract (it was completed thru August) and he wrote off the bill. Good business practice. Thank you! I updated my review to 3 stars.

This review is for service done on 2 Dec 2020…read more I called many places to get a termite inspection and Truly was one of the lower priced services, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. Jason, the tech who did the inspection, was very professional. Cleaning his shoes before entering, after a snowy day before and dealing with the mud pit in the back. He was very cordial and explained everything he was doing, as well as just making small talk. He even mentioned something about the history of Truly Nolan and how the "mouse" car came to be. Being a vet was nice, too, since I am a vet as well. The inspection went well and like I said, very professional. Although I was expecting a lesser quality service, I felt like I got one of the more expensive type inspections, just at a discounted price. Overall, I was impressed and even got a quote for quarterly services, in case I would like to go that route.
