I told each that my septic tank was full and needed it ASAP. The next morning I waited for a call back from hopefully at least one of the businesses I contacted. Only one place called and left me a message on Monday and they were referring me to a different place that was even farther from where I live. Finally I got on Facebook and posted that I needed to have my tank pumped ASAP. I got a reply back from a friend that lives about 5 miles away from me. BTW I live way out in the country. He said that he had this RM Septic pump his tank last week. So I called first thing early morning and got a hold of someone. Long story short they had the owner come out to my house within the hour. R M Septic is in Questa, NM which is about 30 minutes from me. He came and pumped my tank right away. The employees are very professional and friendly. They came out Monday to attempt to locate the tank and came back promptly on Tuesday to find it and dig for it. They added in pipes that were not previously installed and should have been installed to allow snaking if need be. They pumped the septic and when a clog still was not clear came and worked on it some more till the job was done perfect. Price was beyond fair!.
