He came over that afternoon and helped make a temporary 'catchment' to catch and direct the leakage to a floor drain. That was Friday On Saturday, he called to tell us that he had found a replacement cistern, 'though it was larger than the existing one. We agreed to use it. Monday, Fred and his crew arrived to remove the existing cistern and replace with the new one. the estimate was that that would be done by Monday evening and they would return Tuesday to do the plumbing interface, Getting the old tank out and the new in was an exercise in adaptive geometry! They succeeded, and by Monday evening had completely restored the system to use! I can recommend WW+ without reservation if you need Well/cistern/delivery system help. I actually am a 'rocket scientist' and could not have done the job at all, let alone so well!

Yes, he is way out the ordinary and a fantastic person to call for any and all septic needs. It is SO UNUSUAL for businesspeople to actually answer their phones nowadays, but this is the 2nd time Nehemia came to our rescue. He probably saved us $2000 in plumber fees by just flicking a switch for us. Thank you SO MUCH for your efficiency, knowledge, and--most especially--for your kindness. 10 stars!! Earlier Review, from March 2026 Our usual septic guy went AWOL and we were DESPERATE to get our holding tanks pumped. When we reached out to Nehemia it was in the middle of the business day and he was already committed to another job so he couldn't come over the same day. He offered us the very next day, if we could wait, and if we couldn't wait, he recommended the name of another septic company. I really appreciate him caring enough about what we needed to offer another company. Anyhow, we decided to wait for him and we are really glad we did. We have a great new septic guy! He showed up when he said he would and did the job in a speedy and efficient manner. We have 4 holding tanks, so that was a lot of work for one day, but he got it done.
