I have several houses and need a dependable plumber constantly. Bobby who owns BNC was able to fix the typical leaky faucets and drains but he figured out that some of my lines were plugged up. I had spent hours trying to diagnose the problem. He takes credit cards and gave me an immediate invoice and handled purchasing of the supplies needed because I was out of town and he locked up my house. Prices are reasonable as well so I have to recommend him.

Their timeliness, professionalism and kindness is well beyond what I expected. The property is well maintained, has weekly service in the common areas, and the exterior of the property is kept brightly lit and clean. One other small detail that goes far; when it snows, they have the parking lot and walkways cleared well before folks head out in the morning.
