I had an old furnace replaced. I also wanted to get a Heat-pump/AC unit installed as well. Due to Code Changes, a new air return ducting had to be installed to make the new HVAC system compliant. To lower overall system noise, the new furnace and air fan was installed in the basement instead of where the old furnace was (on the main floor). Managers Lott and Dave worked with me to get the appropriate sized furnace and heat-pump for my house, and how to run the new return air ducting in my basement. They assembled a professional installation team that worked well together as well as around me as I needed to work at home which placed me near the work site. The complete job, after it started, took one week. The workers cleaned their areas each night. By the end of the job, I couldn't see where the work or assembly areas were. Dave explained the operation of the new thermostat and we set up an initial series of programs for summer and winter use. Lott went over the series of Lennox warranties (there are 5 for my system) as each component installed is covered and that Advanced Climate Solutions is the the Lennox local source for any warranty issues. Lott and Dave were both on the work site when the City Construction Inspector came to complete the final Installation Inspection and noted "nice work" on his approval. Overall, it was a "Pleasant Experience" dealing with Advanced Climate Solutions. I would recommend ACI for your HVAC needs with NO reservations.. read more

Attempted to get an estimate for an HVAC system for a new log home. After one month I contacted them and "they never recieved the blueprints" even though they were sent to the same e-mail they contacted me with. Sent again, here it is 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing. I understand these companies are busy but a simple, "we are too busy" is the right answer. This is once again the epitome of many companies nowadays, there is absolutely no customer service, ethics, nor responsibility. I had an issue with our radiant heating system. There was a leak in one of the pipes which flooded into the basement bathroom. I called ACS and they sent someone out to shut off the system. That was the good part which is why I gave them one star. This happened back in April. They finally sent me an estimate stating that they would start work May 18th. Never heard a word from them since. The insurance company kept asking me when they would start. Called them today June 30th and David said he did not want to work with me or my insurance company and hung up the phone on me. I was in the middle of explaining to him that my husband had just passed away and I didn't know where else to turn. Guess he didn't care. I think he was upset because he asked for on half of the estimate and when I asked him why so much up front, that's when he got really rude. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Terrible company. Had a bad experience with these fools. They are unprofessional and dishonest and will attempt to take advantage of potential customers by several unethical practices. Do not use! Please research other HVAC companies +++ Time for the facts (4/10/2019): So when we moved to Trinidad in February 2016 to create our first business and new home, we found that the commercial inspection conducted on our property prior to purchase missed that we had major problems with our boiler system and chimney stack. We called ACS to assess the project and provide a bid. They did come out (Cisco), and provided an estimate that was extremely high, and it was not itemized. When we questioned the quote and asked for itemizations, they began different bullying tactics and threatened to turn us in to the state boiler inspector if we did not hire them for work. We then spoke with Fernandez Plumbing, and also asked for an assessment and quote. They provided an estimate that was 4 times lower than the ACS estimate, and it was itemized. We were happy with the communication, and with the team, and we hired them to fix the problem. Meanwhile, ACS did submit a complaint about our business to the state boiler inspector. The inspector came out to our property from Denver, inspected the work done by Fernandez Plumbing, and he certified us as safe. He has come out since, and we are still properly certified with our boiler system and chimney stack. ACS owner David Fabec's wife Emmy admitted David (& his cronies) write false reviews on several platforms (evidence available on all points). David Fabec's statements are untrue and aimed at hurting and slandering our small business. It is illegal defamation and litigation is underway. Please avoid ACS at all costs as they are unprofessional, dishonest and use unethical practices to gain business. Use honest and legitimate businesses such as Fernandez Plumbing in Trinidad. Actually no stars!!! They came on a recommendation and I was very optimistic. paid what I thought was a lot for a diagnosis ($220) but was promised that for an additional $440 David would replace all the gaskets in my unit. He showed up again two days later I was still optimistic. (1) small gasket right on the front, three screws and 15 minutes later he was gone. 1 hour after that my unit broke down. when I called him he did not want to deal with it. said he'd get back to me. Friday he has another person call and tell me that the "system needs 24 hours to reset" I did reset and it did not work again. I informed him and I also let him know that I thought that $440. for 15 minutes work was excessive I would have paid happily if the problem were solved. He then told me " that we were in overtime now, stay warm, have a nice weekend" All in all he was completely unprofessional, wanted to sell me some other unit he insisted I needed turns out he was not familiar with this system at all. OK we have more good things to say about ACS! Cisco and Mitch are the best and finished our installation process this am. Professional and knowledgeable, fast and efficient! They were here on time and happily early. We asked extra questions, as we just got to Trinidad a few months ago, and received great advice! ACS gets our business in the future! read more

If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!! Never have I ever been treated so poorly by someone who's service was needed and am happy to pay. About a month ago we had an appointment scheduled with Dave.... we ended up canceling 5 days before due to unseen financial cost arising. I would also like to add that when we first called him he didn't call us back for over 2 weeks to even get our first appointment. Than when we were ready to do the work again, I called back 3 1/2 weeks later and that is when the problem started. Dave immediately attacked me for canceling our appointment and got defensive blaming me for the work not getting done. I didn't cancel an hour before it was literally days before! Then he rudely stated he could not even think about getting to our project for at least 3 weeks, and stated that was "Only if I don't cancel again, because I'm so busy!". With A Huge attitude. Wait isn't an appointment something you can cancel at any point, especially days in advanced!? He stated he is So busy... Okay if you are so busy isn't it a relief to have an appointment cancel?!?! I have cancelled doctors appointments in the past and rescheduled and no one through a huge fit and was rude. I respect people time, and would have kept the appointment if able. I was never rude and just disappointed that they couldn't come for weeks! Then he told me to "Find someone else to do the work". AND HUNG UP ON ME. Wow! In a small town you would think that people would treat each other with respect and understanding. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. What a nasty, rude human. read more
