It did not leak "most of the time" through the summer, however after the snowmelts of the second winter following the initial roofing, it LEAKED again. Same old story: many phone calls later he showed up and "patched" it again. Guess What?? third winter, same story. Leaks. We tried a few calls to him AGAIN, and finally gave up. We now set out pans to catch the leaks, and have, for the last eight years. Sheesh, what an incompetent service. This summer, I guess that I am going to have to fix it myself.
