We had a somewhat limited time frame to get the work done, and though it was short of notice, and they are located two towns and more than 30 miles over, Brown's Septic accommodated us more quickly, and gave a better quote than the other available options. Under the current difficult times, and with a lack of effort being made by so many to fight for our Country's freedoms and economy, I was very happy to see that Mr. Brown is standing up for the right of his business and many others to keep going and provide for their families. And while I was remiss at writing a review after our initial servicing, my husband and I are more than willing to go out of our way to give them the support and evaluation they've worked so hard to earn. I didn't know one septic service from another; however, my plumber friend mentioned Brown's service. I not only love supporting a Mom and Pop family run business, but I was so happy to discover what wonderful people they are! I had the pleasure of meeting Keith Brown (owner) at my house the day of service. What a gracious, respectful man; moreover, it's reassuring to meet someone so devoted to their family. You immediately realize that he is a man who walks in gratitude and love for people. I knew even before he left that I couldn't imagine using any other service for this. I can't imagine why anyone would write a bad review about these people, as I've seen some on some of the review sites?? Many of the reviews oddly, had political overtones within them... as if to accuse another of something other than the related service? Firstly, what does a political belief (which we all have) have anything to do with running a septic service? Who are you people who are bringing into a septic review, some kind of personal wall or agenda... seemingly to do personal harm to a beautiful family who works very hard and earns everything they've earned. I told each that my septic tank was full and needed it ASAP. The next morning I waited for a call back from hopefully at least one of the businesses I contacted. Only one place called and left me a message on Monday and they were referring me to a different place that was even farther from where I live. Finally I got on Facebook and posted that I needed to have my tank pumped ASAP. I got a reply back from a friend that lives about 5 miles away from me. BTW I live way out in the country. He said that he had this RM Septic pump his tank last week. So I called first thing early morning and got a hold of someone. Long story short they had the owner come out to my house within the hour. R M Septic is in Questa, NM which is about 30 minutes from me. He came and pumped my tank right away. The employees are very professional and friendly. There price for pumping it was the cheapest I had paid in all the years I have lived here. I highly recommend this business.

He did not rush the job as previous services had done. He made sure that tanks were 100% cleaned by back flushing as he progressed and he hosed down the interior. I would give them *6* stars if I could! We had a leak in our indoor cistern--polyethylene, so not…read morerepairable. I called Fred Baros, the owner of WW+ to enlist his aid. He came over that afternoon and helped make a temporary 'catchment' to catch and direct the leakage to a floor drain. That was Friday On Saturday, he called to tell us that he had found a replacement cistern, 'though it was larger than the existing one. We agreed to use it. Monday, Fred and his crew arrived to remove the existing cistern and replace with the new one. the estimate was that that would be done by Monday evening and they would return Tuesday to do the plumbing interface, Getting the old tank out and the new in was an exercise in adaptive geometry! They succeeded, and by Monday evening had completely restored the system to use! I can recommend WW+ without reservation if you need Well/cistern/delivery system help. I actually am a 'rocket scientist' and could not have done the job at all, let alone so well!
