It stared early this past May, 2016. I called for routine garage door service, replacing two cables, and a general checkup. They were here in about 3 hours. Great I though, what quick service. It turns out they just happened to be in the area. Well that was the end of "great service". . They had to order parts and would be out the next week. This sounded reasonable. Two weeks later I called for an update and they said had a couple big projects that week and had not yet picked up the parts. They would get back to me. about two weeks later I called after having no response and left a message. But again, no reply. Called a week later and they answered the phone: "Oh yeah, we were just going to call you. Should be out by the end of the week." They were a no show that week and week later I called and left a message for an update. Again, no call back. I called about two weeks later, that was 5 weeks ago, and left a message to give me an update. Again, no return call to date. If they ever do call back, I will let them know I had another company do the work. This company competed the work initial in less than a week from initial contact to completion. Just my experience with extremely poor service.

I had a Dr. appointment in the morning. Much to my surprise, my garage door opened, but it…read morewouldn't close. I looked to make sure nothing was blocking the sensors. Didn't see anything. Went to my Dr. appointment and called for service when I returned; after lunch. To my surprise and amazement, the service rep. arrived before 2:00 p.m.! The only thing blocking the sensor was the wire connecting it! I was in such a rush to get to my Dr. appointment, I failed to look close enough! The tech showed me the problem and tied the wire up so it wouldn't happen again, then lubed my tracks. A bit expensive for the problem, but well worth it for the same day service!
