We needed a new GFCI outlet run to our bathroom. Dallas fit us in to their schedule (we'd been told…read moreby others it would be over a month), showed up on time and ran a perfect solution with no mess - looks like it's always been there. While here we mentioned another worrisome issue - they not only fixed the problem (requiring four switches) but checked every switch in our house while here. If you have an electrical job you can trust them to do a timely thorough job.

During that time, I received many calls from other electricians I had contacted who wanted to offer bids--I declined these as I already had scheduled someone. Monday morning arrived, but the electrician did not. I tried to call and left a voicemail, but wasn't contacted back. No show, no explanation, and we are delayed yet again on our project. Would not recommend.

Today I did receive a call from Mary, owner, wanting to know what the issue was. I stated my claim…read morejust as I did in my previous review. Gabriel did admit there were issues. Mary did say that she would call me back after checking into the shades I actually wanted. When she called back basically the estimate was different and if I wanted what I had requested I would have to pay $300+. She would pick up the delivery and the installation. I declined. to add insult to injury, one of the workers Jennifer, made a statement that I had called her and told her that I wanted these incorrect shades. I've never spoke to this woman, when you call into the number you don't pick a person to talk to. The only people I dealt with is Dustin and gabriel. Turns out Jennifer is Dustin's wife. At this point I do not want to do any business with this team especially since somebody working there would resort to dishonesty. In order to make this statement they actually went back to phone logs to see how many times I had spoken to them on the telephone. Instead of just providing reasonable customer service they go out of their way thinking they can discredit me. Lack of integrity is no bueno!
