The company offers a wide range of services, from junk removal and gravel spreading to stump grinding and tree removal. This time, I hired them to spread gravel on my driveway. When a bit more gravel than expected ended up in the street, they came back promptly, cleaned it up thoroughly, and steamrolled the driveway to perfection. I really appreciated their follow-through and how easy they were to work with. This is my second time hiring Platinum in two years, and I'll absolutely call them again.

I do not recommend this company for any of their services. The Xtra charge was $125 more than the agreed price. What a rip off. I had no choice at the time to pay it because I had a state inspector on site to complete my inspection. Adrian does not have good communication skills to the customer. My name is Karen and my beloved dad Don very…read moresadly died on 7/24/26 at La Vida Buena (nursing home) in Las Vegas, NM and I chose Rogers Mortuary for the help after my dad's death. I'm very glad I picked Rogers. Mark Rogers is so truly compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and so are the other staff members there like the sweet secretaries. Any question you have, they will answer it and with kindness and extreme patience. I wanted to spend time with my deceased dad Don and had NO problem whatsoever doing this. I also got to spend plenty of time with my dad in a nice viewing room and Mark was beautifully and thoroughly helpful with this. He also did NOT make me feel rushed in any way. Also the entire place...every room I saw in there, is very clean and quite pleasant. Mark Rogers was also SO patient with me when I was picking out cremation urns (I needed more than one) out of their catalogue. They have a big selection/variety of great-looking urns too, by the way, and I spotted some that I loved. I loved the golden-toned bronze cube-shaped ones and the silver-colored cube, golden cube, and dark-colored cube (named "sable" in dark brown?) steel cubes, personally. I just think it's really cool to be able to have the urns in materials like bronze and steel but they have all kinds of different styles and materials for soooo many tastes. I also needed some help with photos and videos because my camera isn't working anymore (for some reason things look way too blurry on it now) and Mark was right there for me, helping me with that too. In all honesty, Mark as well as everybody else there that I met, was amazing. They have a very pretty and very spacious chapel area as well with lovely stained glass and decor in it that I enjoyed looking at. Also I was so impressed by Rogers that, on another day, I brought my mother's white cardboard box of her ashes in it, over to them, (she has not gotten an urn yet because I never picked out and bought her one yet, and she passed away near Santa Fe in 2017) and they are helping me with urn(s) for her ashes, too, which I'm excited about, so in that sense you could say I'm a repeat customer. I would not be a repeat customer of theirs if there was any problem, but there was no problem at all. I will always be so grateful for all they are doing for me. Oh, and I would also like to add that they are super-helpful in making my dad's death certificate for me, providing to me as many copies of that as I need, and helping me obtain a free American flag since my dad was an army veteran, plus helping me with any other things related to my dad being a veteran.
