They have done excellent work on my property and that has kept the creepy crawlers outside of the house. Technician James Tillis just left my house. We have been using this company for approximately 10 yrs as they came to my last house then moving to New house and keeping them still. The pet/child products are awesome and get rid of black widows and other crazy bugs with out crawling slobbering babies or my pup getting sick. I asked a few friends who they use for pest control and I was referred to Prime. I called in and spoke with the office manager regarding pricing and services. She was so fantastic at going over everything with me, from their services, the contract and pricing and also the spraying schedule. My husband and I decided to go with the yearly contract instead of a one-time visit. Ben, the owner was able to come out the following Monday. He was very polite and courteous, answering all of my questions about his service, his professional background and the safety of his products. Ben completed our first treatment and explained that he would be back in a month to do a repeat treatment to get anything that may have hatched since then. After that he would be out every 2 months. He explained that if there were any sightings in between that he would come out and re-spray. We have used pest control companies in the past that were larger and you were just another customer and you really didn't know who would be coming out to spray your house but with Prime you get a personalized touch and you can trust that your needs will be met. We living in a family neighborhood but we've had cockroaches, spiders and wolf spiders from day one. We have tried to do our own pest control but could not get rid of everything. They will claim their products work so well, but you will do better spraying your home with Raid. They will charge you every month and claim they serviced you even when you no longer live at the same residence, but they will lie when asked. I have to say I am a true fan of this company. So far, i am very pleased with the all around service. The salesperson was very determined and knowledgeable. The technicians were very customer service oriented and did a thorough job. The next day I had carcasses all around my house. I was grossed out but pleased at the same time. I been a customer for many years i never had a problem . This past month i was scheduled for normal sprayed i receive a message that due to emergency they had to reschedule me for weeks out October 17 ,22 . I spoke with customer service friday to schedule inside spray she did not give a time frame maybe she forgot . Guy come in at 9 tall long bear glasses with a bad attitude , He was so rude unprofessional ,he did not want to wait 4 min for me when i waited weeks for them. i then told him to not sprayed to not enter my property i dont want someone like that in my home . I called customer service right aways i explained everything. She charge my account . Prime Pest Control is the worst company ever! Stay away from them! They're very unprofessional! They promise you a lot of things like working with your schedule, but that's only in the beginning. They canceled my appt several times because of staff shortage. I already told them my availability is after 4pm, they said they're ok, they'll wait for me and started outside. They came in at 3pm, and was done before I got home, and left, the inside of the house was not done. They agreed to reschedule, but was not clear when, they only said Tuesday, I didn't know it was the next day Tuesday. So, I got mad, and I caught their technician on my camera recording badmouthing me(on speaker phone) at my house! Very unprofessional! Even then, they can't meet my schedule as promised when I signed up, hence, I canceled my account. But they have the nerve to send me to collections when they're the ones who cannot meet my needs(schedule) as agreed on. Rep came out for door to door sales. Would not leave my property and kept pushing for the sign up and wanted to come back the next day. When I told him I was not interested he told me " I am confused why you would not want to sign up when I'm saving you 10 dollars?" I would give 0 stars if I could. There service simply DOES NOT work. They promise to come if you still have bugs but will charge you for the extra services. They also charge a cancellation fee as well. They also sent out a truck knowing the battery was horrible on it(the serviceman told me it was a continuous problem) he sat at my house for nearly two hours while I tried to help him jump his truck.
