Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

He was very honest about the situation: the birds are perching on the edge and fly into the runoff from the jacuzzi to the tub. Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.

I made a call and Zack and his co-worker were at my house within a couple of days. They came earlier than the scheduled appointment and completed a full check of the house and roof. Zack gave me a full rundown with the options to move forward with, if I wanted to pursue. Super easy. It really came down to how much I wanted done and obviously how much to spend. For my particular situation, I had a few birds starting to nest on top of back patio roof under the overhang. It was one place with cover and and opening. Basically, Zack took care of that long opening by meshing it out and then I had him pressure wash all the feces off the perch portion(s) of that area. Everything ran about $350. Relatively reasonable on price, I presume. The service itself is to the point, super professional without pressure and/or hassle. It cost nothing for Zack to come out and survey the problem. The cost only comes until after the quote. I would highly recommend calling this outfit knowing you will commit to the service(s) needed and get a discount on the spot. Otherwise, you will get charged full price if they need to come back out on a different day and/or time. I believe the discount is 10%. Also, keep in mind that once service is complete the birds aren't immediately gone. They are simply displaced and will tend to still try to hang around but at least won't be nesting in which is the real problem...well, at least, in my situation, anyway. Every case is different. Zack is very knowledgeable in his profession and has even helped me with advice when I contacted him about other possible deterrence I could use to help keep them away after the service was performed. I would definitely recommend this outfit and use in future, if needed. 5 stars. Cheers!

We had tried over the counter bug sprays but that wasn't getting rid of the scorpions. We were calling us the scorpion house :(. Then we called Prime Pest. The receptionist is a sweetheart, so kind, polite, caring and concerned about our problem. She scheduled an appointment time & date that was convent for us. The price is reasonable, so we have stayed with them for 4 yrs. The Technicians are nice and friendly. We have been so pleased with this company. They will come and spray again if you call. I have postponed some of my appointments which they are happy to oblige. We called to put our account on hold due to medical issues and they had no problem doing that for us. We are back on track and glad to have Prime Pest as our pest control company. As for the Scorpions? They are kept under PRIME PEST CONTROL!!!!!!! :-) :-) read more

When we purchased our home in North Las Vegas we had a major bug infestation inside our home and all through our yard. We tried store bought products, but each spring through Fall the spiders, ear wigs, red ants, and water bugs would all come back. The owner of Prime Pest Control came to my door 2 years ago, and I have to admit, he was the kindest and most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of meeting since I moved to Vegas. I can say that since I signed up with them, the bugs are all gone from my home. I called today with questions about the bugs that just appeared in my newly built raised garden bed, and within a few hours they had someone here to take care of it.They are such an amazing company because they truly care about customer satisfaction. read more

I usually am not thrilled when sales people stop by the house, but Sean with Prime Pest Control did just that. He was so informative and energetic, I found myself wanting to be a customer of theirs. I had been planning to call my regular "bug" guy but had never gotten around to it. So glad I didn't. Ben, the owner came to do the first pass on the inside/outside of the house. Their treatment is so thorough and they were ready to answer all of my questions. Living so close to BLM land, we have all kinds of critters in the neighborhood. The team over at Prime Pest Control is seriously insanely awesome. Robert knocked on our door, which I understand people might not like, but the service they offered really caught mine and my wife's attention. No matter how much we cleaned and I sprayed inside and out we always found a earwigs inside our home. We signed up and within a few hours Ben, the owner of the company was spraying and power washing our home inside and out. He finished very quickly and was super nice. I originally met with the Salesperson that came knocking on my door. He was professional and friendly that answered all of my questions so I decided to give Prime Pest Control my business. This morning was the initial service and I was surprised that the owner Ben was the technician that did the service. I am extremely satisfied with the service. He sprayed outside and inside of the home, including the garage and pool area. He and the new technician that was in training were professional and friendly too. I've had pest control services in Las Vegas for 20 years with multiple companies throughout that time, I recently found Prime and because of a great price I figured I'd give them a shot. Wow. Technician named James did my initial service, this guy is truly a "master" at his craft. Not a question he couldn't answer, explained thoroughly what he was going to do, use etc .... the knowledge he has was amazing ... unbelievable customer service skills as well, never felt so comfortable with a service person in my home before. We have been using Prime Pest Control for several years now and they have consistently provided great service for our whole house and yard. Our latest service maintained that level, with our technician Craig covering the entirety of our property, inside and out. He explained what we should expect over the next few days as the product took effect and to contact them in case of any issues. Firstly, I would like to say that Austin was SUPER respectful when he came to the house, both days. I just moved to Las Vegas and was dealing with a whole mess of things, he was patient and very helpful. He had to deal with my boyfriend first who is definitely a lot more difficult to deal with, especially with service people. If Austin hadn't been such a people person, I guarantee I wouldn't have even known that there was a company offering to spray in the neighborhood. Very professional and effective. I have a 3500ish sft home and each corner inside and out including the perimeter of the yard was treated. Initially I was concerned about the products being used because my son has asthma. I did some research and learned that this is the same product being used in hospitals to control their pest issues so I allowed the treatment in my son's room. He's not experienced any adverse effects and I don't have to worry about scorpions or ants any more!!! Looking forward to a pest free Summer! read more

I was panicked and frightened to death. I just discovered a big dead roof rat in my backyard. Immediately Primetime was at my door. I feel that my family including my dogs are safe again. Prime Pest is an amazing family-owned business that cares about their customers. I've never had a problem with customer service and they always try to accommodate me. Service is always professional and their products are safe for me and my animals, but strong enough to kill the bugs. Never even had a chance to consider them because the lady who came to our door was such a smart ass asking if we already had service and then telling us our house has all sorts of bugs that my current pest control service is not doing all just from me answering my door....
