Great service, communication and knowledgeable!! Zach was professional and explained everything. Great experience Thank You read more

I recently used this service about a week or two ago due to a family of pigeons hanging out and starting to nest. I made a call and Zack and his co-worker were at my house within a couple of days. They came earlier than the scheduled appointment and completed a full check of the house and roof. Zack gave me a full rundown with the options to move forward with, if I wanted to pursue. Super easy. It really came down to how much I wanted done and obviously how much to spend. For my particular situation, I had a few birds starting to nest on top of back patio roof under the overhang. It was one place with cover and and opening. Basically, Zack took care of that long opening by meshing it out and then I had him pressure wash all the feces off the perch portion(s) of that area. Everything ran about $350. Relatively reasonable on price, I presume. The service itself is to the point, super professional without pressure and/or hassle. It cost nothing for Zack to come out and survey the problem. The cost only comes until after the quote. I would highly recommend calling this outfit knowing you will commit to the service(s) needed and get a discount on the spot. Otherwise, you will get charged full price if they need to come back out on a different day and/or time. I believe the discount is 10%. Also, keep in mind that once service is complete the birds aren't immediately gone. They are simply displaced and will tend to still try to hang around but at least won't be nesting in which is the real problem...well, at least, in my situation, anyway. Every case is different. Zack is very knowledgeable in his profession and has even helped me with advice when I contacted him about other possible deterrence I could use to help keep them away after the service was performed. I would definitely recommend this outfit and use in future, if needed. 5 stars. Cheers! read more

Used them 5 years ago for the back of my house, bird spikes still on. Called them back again to do the front of the house as I needed it to get done. Zach and team knocked it out in 30 minutes, definitely using them whenever it's needed. Good price and quality of work is always a plus with them. read more

We recently got solar installed and of course it started raining pigeon poop shortly after. Requested a quote via their website and Chad responded quickly, had his team out and installed in the same day. Fair price, professional and punctual. Chad backs his install guarantee. Somehow a pigeon got under the protective wire mesh and died. Texted him and he called back within the hour. Had his team out the same day to inspect the install and remove the dead pigeon at no charge. Thank you Chad and team! If you're looking to get rid of your pigeons, you've got to use Complete Pigeon Control!! read more

We had a pigeon problem above our porch entry and in a corner on my roof. They did a great job cleaning all the bird poop and installed spikes. No more pigeon problem. Very satisfied with their work. read more

Awesome service. They took away the nasty dirty nesting pigeons and put up spikes and also gave a lot of advice about what to do around the pool to keep the birds away - and it worked......for a few months. But then we found another one nesting on the other side (it is a huge roof area) and Chad came back and took that one away too! Great efficient service worked around my schedule. And no damage to roof - I have heard some horror stories from friends about other pest companies that do not know what they are doing so I am glad I called the right people. Thank you Chad! read more

If you need a company that returns calls and emails, shows up on time, and is courteous and professional, call Complete Pigeon Control! Oh, and if you have a pigeon problem, they can help too! Because of their outstanding YELP reviews, we contacted Chad and his team! He responded immediately and sent a technician out to our residence quickly! The pigeon situation is out of control! But, it was just another day at the office for Shawn! He assessed the situation, gave us a complete analysis, and provided us a price to solve our problems! He was on time, friendly and did his job quickly! The team did not disappoint! Thank you for the outstanding service and follow up! read more

More kudos for Complete Pigeon Control. Our shutters over the upstairs windows and under the eaves became a perfect nesting spot for pigeons. Complete Pigeon Control installed spikes on top of the shutter boxes, but the pigeons managed to find a way around them. It's taken multiple visits and additional time and material to clean up the mess each time and install different deterrents to find something that would work. Finally we have a solution and the pigeons haven't roosted again. Complete Pigeon Control honored and supported their initial attempt to get rid of these things and kept at it until they were successful. They are obviously committed to customer service and this is a testimant to the quality of their work. read more

I was very impressed with the service I received from Complete Pigeon Control on September 16, 2024 for a large residential property. Here are the reasons (and there are lots of them!): 1) The company was very easy to contact (I was able to talk to a live person immediately). 2) I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day at a specific time (no annoying 4 hour windows). 3) After a thorough inspection of my pigeon issues (including solar panels, entire roof top, pool, patio, and walkways), I was able to obtain an estimate. 4) The estimate was very reasonable - significantly lower than I expected and the final invoice was EXACTLY the same as the initial estimate!! There was no upselling whatsoever. 5) I was able to get same day service! 6) The team was outstanding (Malachi, Zach, and Orval). They were very skilled, professional, and understanding. They worked non-stop for over 5 hours, including cleaning and remediation measures. It was a very large, complex job. 7) The company is licensed and insured. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I most highly recommend this company to anyone who has pigeon control issues - commercial or residential. read more

We had these guys out a couple years ago to pigeon proof our roof and solar panels. They did a great job then and the pigeons have stayed away from the roof since! We had them back out last week bc they started trying to hang out on top of our side windows. They were able to get us an appt within a couple of days, came out, and took care of it quickly! Their service guys were friendly! read more

I reached out to Complete Pigeon Control to get some help with pigeons under my solar panels. They shared photos of my pigeon problem and outlined their proposal. I had three other companies come out, but their price was the best. They did a great job cleaning under the panels, they even put down tarps to collect the pigeon poop that fell off the roof. A few hours later the mesh was installed, and you can hardly see it. Most importantly I do not have to sweep pigeon poop off my patio every day. I have been recommending Complete Pigeon Control to my friends as pigeons seem to love my neighborhood. read more

Called to inform them about Pigeons on chimney above my bedroom. Was told it was something else and needed whole roof spiked which costs in the thousands. 1 month later, pigeons still making racket on chimney as I INITIALLY hired them to spike. They came back out and charged me again to do what I hired them to do in the first place. Money gouging scheme. read more

Fantastic service and fantastic results! After installing solar panels, I quickly realized I had a major pigeon problem. My upstairs balcony quickly because the repository of more bird poop than I knew existed... and as quick as I could clean it up, it was back. I e-mailed Chad and the guys came out to take a look same day. They were back a few days later to do the work and 24 hours later, I have absolutely no bird poop to clean up. Employees were friendly, respectful of the property, and did outstanding work! I would more than highly recommend these folks to anyone! read more

So pigeons were a huge problem for us. We have a pool and solar panels, so the combination was a pigeon haven. We found complete pigeon control on Yelp, and it had good reviews, so we gave them a shot. They got all the work done the same day as the estimate, and the work seemed good. One problem was that one of the workers dropped a hammer that shattered one of our roof tiles. They told me right away, patched it temporarily, and then sent out a roofer within 2 days for a good repair. They also knocked a few bucks off for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, for the rest of the summer we had a LOT of pigeons on our roof and by the pool - but the following summer, they didn't return. In the end , well worth the money and they did a great job. read more

Chad did a fantastic job with putting up netting and taking care of pigeons perching on my roof. He arrived promptly and put up netting around my AC and did all the clean up involved with the process. I had a few concerns of the problem recurring and I had called Chad back to take a look so I can rest easier at night. He arrived promptly to stand by his work. I can't recommend Chad enough, he's a very honest and honorable guy. That is rare in home service contractors these days and I'm truly humbled by this service, honesty, and standing behind his work. I will highly recommend him to friends, colleagues and anyone that may need his services. read more

I called this company on 08/03/2020 in the late afternoon. Chad responded immediately. Made an appointment for the next morning. Mark was there the next morning with his crew on time as specified if not a bit early. Always great to see appointments ontime. They were very professional and polite. We got the nest areas caged and spiked. Very straight forward on their price and services. So far i haven't seen anymore pigeons. Very positive experience. I recommend them. Great job. read more

Sent a message via yelp for a quote and availability. Chad got right back to me and even worked me into the schedule the next day. Crew of 3 came out on time, gave me an estimate, explained the process, and got to work. They covered the edges of my solar panels in under an hour and did great work and exceptionally nice. Pigeon problem has been fixed in a day. Couldn't be more grateful because pigeons are the worst. Complete Pigeon Control was awesome from start to finish! Thanks guys!! read more

I'm sure this company has worked out great for a lot of people, but my experience wasn't the best. After they went up on my roof, I was told that they don't do the A/C netting enclosure that my house needed. Not quite "Complete Pigeon Control" for me at least? I was given the option of wrapping the bottoms of the units, but was told that it likely wouldn't solve my problem since my A/C units sit on a sunken platform on my roof, and the pigeons would just nest along the edges of my platform. I definitely do appreciate the employee's honesty by telling me that at least! But then the price I was given when I asked how much it would cost if I did want to move forward with them was way higher than the ballpark figure I was given over the phone for typical work, and I feel like it was just because they didn't want to do the job. I ended up going with another company, who cleaned up and installed the full enclosure for just about the same price I was quoted for just wrapping and cleanup by Complete Pigeon Control. read more

Pigeons just like my house. I find them repulsive!! A while back, I had a pest control service do some pigeon control that worked controlling them for a bit. I contacted Complete Pigeon Control and spoke with Chad and set up appointment for the next day. Shawn and the crew came to my house right on time. They put wiring around my air conditioning units. The mess was pretty bad from the Pigen's that were nesting. By the time they left the wiring was perfect and the roof was spotless. Also thanks to Chad for giving me a good deal. read more

I recently noticed a pigeon family living on my roof. I messaged Complete Pigeon Control along with a handful of other companies through Yelp . That same afternoon Chad called me back to schedule a free estimate. (Till today no other company has called me back) Chad was friendly and professional. I got estimates from several different companies. Complete Pigeon Control came in at the one of lowest with more included than the other low estimates. Chad came out to give me my estimate and was able to do the service in the same day. After the work was done I had one pigeon that wanted to stick around. Chad came back to remove him and I haven't seen any pigeons on my roof since. Thanks Complete Pigeon Control! read more

Very please with the service and the work that was done. The young men that came by were very polite and courteous and showed me the before and after pictures. Now I'm just waiting for the pictures in order to keep them in my file. Recommend Complete Pigeon Control as I called around to several companies and found them to be the most responsive. Didn't add spikes to my roof this time, but may in the future as their prices are reasonable. read more

I used this company to service my problem and the problem is now fixed. They work fast and show up when they say they are going to show up and get the job done. My only gripe is that, the trapping service is not what you would normally expect, be sure to clarify the costs and procedures of each costs because I was confused and in somewhat disbelief. Other than that, they are a great company and are very flexible. read more

My partner scheduled appointment with Chad after I read yelp reviews. Chad did not disappoint; affordable and reliable. Great job. Easy communication, prompt service, and they came back as needed, no questions asked.

We used Complete Pigeon Control based on all of the five star reviews on Yelp. We have come to rely on Yelp for almost every service we have needed and Complete was every bit as great as the reviews you see here. We have 33 solar panels which the local pigeon population seems to love. Jared and his crew arrived on time and ready to bid the job, and to do the work too. His guys were polite, professional and very friendly. They did exactly what was promised for exactly what we agreed to pay. They stand behind their work, so if the pigeons come back, so will they. I give them the highest rating, because they earned it. If you have a bird problem, look no further than Complete Pigeon Control, you will not be disappointed. read more

We have had them out twice over the last 13 months. The first time they came our issue was solved rapidly, hence we called them again when we had a new pigeon problem. Each time they have responded to messages relatively quickly and have been able to come out in a timely fashion. They leave the area clean, work rapidly, and have always been polite. Hopefully our pigeon issues are in the past, but if not we know who to call. read more

Unsatisfied new customer. Called to get an appointment and possibly become a new customer but was told there is only 1 tech that does the pigeon control. Complete Pigeon texted me in the morning to ask if they could come earlier than the scheduled time. Are you kidding me? When does that ever happen? Shawn arrived and they quickly assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate which included clean up, blocking off a couple areas from the pigeons as well as how long the job would take. I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was very fair and the problem as of now seems to be solved. I'd highly recommend Complete Pigeon! read more
