I recently used this service about a week or two ago due to a family of pigeons hanging out and starting to nest. I made a call and Zack and his co-worker were at my house within a couple of days. They came earlier than the scheduled appointment and completed a full check of the house and roof. Zack gave me a full rundown with the options to move forward with, if I wanted to pursue. Super easy. It really came down to how much I wanted done and obviously how much to spend. For my particular situation, I had a few birds starting to nest on top of back patio roof under the overhang. It was one place with cover and and opening. Basically, Zack took care of that long opening by meshing it out and then I had him pressure wash all the feces off the perch portion(s) of that area. Everything ran about $350. Relatively reasonable on price, I presume. The service itself is to the point, super professional without pressure and/or hassle. It cost nothing for Zack to come out and survey the problem. The cost only comes until after the quote. I would highly recommend calling this outfit knowing you will commit to the service(s) needed and get a discount on the spot. Otherwise, you will get charged full price if they need to come back out on a different day and/or time. I believe the discount is 10%. Also, keep in mind that once service is complete the birds aren't immediately gone. They are simply displaced and will tend to still try to hang around but at least won't be nesting in which is the real problem...well, at least, in my situation, anyway. Every case is different. Zack is very knowledgeable in his profession and has even helped me with advice when I contacted him about other possible deterrence I could use to help keep them away after the service was performed. More kudos for Complete Pigeon Control. Our shutters over the upstairs windows and under the eaves became a perfect nesting spot for pigeons. Complete Pigeon Control installed spikes on top of the shutter boxes, but the pigeons managed to find a way around them. We found complete pigeon control on Yelp, and it had good reviews, so we gave them a shot. They got all the work done the same day as the estimate, and the work seemed good. One problem was that one of the workers dropped a hammer that shattered one of our roof tiles. They told me right away, patched it temporarily, and then sent out a roofer within 2 days for a good repair. They also knocked a few bucks off for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, for the rest of the summer we had a LOT of pigeons on our roof and by the pool - but the following summer, they didn't return. I'm sure this company has worked out great for a lot of people, but my experience wasn't the best. After they went up on my roof, I was told that they don't do the A/C netting enclosure that my house needed. Not quite "Complete Pigeon Control" for me at least? I was given the option of wrapping the bottoms of the units, but was told that it likely wouldn't solve my problem since my A/C units sit on a sunken platform on my roof, and the pigeons would just nest along the edges of my platform. I definitely do appreciate the employee's honesty by telling me that at least! But then the price I was given when I asked how much it would cost if I did want to move forward with them was way higher than the ballpark figure I was given over the phone for typical work, and I feel like it was just because they didn't want to do the job.
