I book them to move my one room apartment and it took them more than 9 hours to completely move it into my storage container. Everything was already packed when they got there. They had to dismantle my desk and couch. My tv stands were just wrapped and moved whole. I'm stating this because it took them almost 5 hours to get my stuff out of my small apartment. One of the movers even told me "It's easier to move when it's cold. When it's hot like this, we move slower." They would take like one hamper and both would go to the truck with it, that's a waste of time. Once they got to the storage, they were really slow! I was there and I saw that they would take one small box, or one chair and again, it would take both of them to take that one item to the storage. I ended up paying almost $1500 for an apartment that I was charge $600 to move into from a location that was farther from this apartment to the storage. Plus, the driver got upset that I didn't want to add a tip! Definitely will not be going back to do business with this company. read more

So, I know the difference between an amateur and a professional move. I'm happy to say that Aiden, Simon, and John are top-notch, first-class pros. Here's a just a summary of why I would gladly hire them again and would recommend Prime Moving to others: - fast responses to my quote request and follow-up questions - proactively communicated - arrived on time - extremely hard workers. Some moving crews take breaks every hour. Aiden, Simon, and John worked nonstop. The only break they took was after the truck was loaded. And that was just to eat the lunch we provided - loaded and unloaded with care. They also carefully wrapped, disassembled, and assembled items that needed it - drove the truck carefully (I followed them to the new house) - polite, kind, and respectful - regularly asked if we needed help with anything else - placed items in proper rooms - very reasonable prices. - they don't start the clock until they start the move! This is how the whole industry should operate, but only a few companies do this. Prime Moving is one of them For more context, we moved about 30 minutes away from one 5-bedroom, 2-story house to another. The entire move took about 6 hours. read more
