My new go-to spot! I had seen many advertisements for this new shop lately and decided to stop in. My usual go-to is in Orange and is always busy so I wanted to find some place closer to home. I stopped in and found there was a short wait. The check in process is simple, simply type in your name/number onto the iPad at the front desk and select the services you wish to get. I have come in twice for my brows. I have been helped by 2 different ladies and they are both great. The shop itself is EXTREMELY CLEAN and it smells nice. The first thing the brow artist did was sanitize her hands and then she got to work. After she was done, she applied toner and lotion and asked if I would like a massage around my brow area. I initially came in with eyebrows in terrible shape (haven't fully grown back yet) so I only asked for a threading service to clean them up in areas I don't want hair growing. Reema did just that and she was quick and double checked with me if I prefer to clean them up more or not, which I appreciate. She gave some advice on how to grow back my eyebrow hairs as well. This place is amazing! My eyebrows have always been unruly and hard to shape, but I tell you that this place did the--what I though-- was impossible. My brows look like they were drawn on. Typically, we go out of our way for our brows, but if we could find something close, that's ideal! They told me to try it out so I went to have my eyebrows threaded yesterday. Both of the women inside were so friendly and definitely seem ready/excited to grow in clientele! My brows came out great and feel so soft from whatever she put on them at the end.
