It was just short of an actual apple pie slice stuffed in a cup of ice cream. The sweetness and the spices there had the apple stew flavor just right. It's hard to find good apple pie or apple desserts with good flavors that's reminiscent of grandma's apple pie. The ratio of apple filling to ice cream was even perfect. My sister sampled it and was at the counter 5 minutes later and the same girl was nice enough to make her one! It's a shame that sometimes you find the best foods far away from home.

The cone was good, but the cup may be better so the syrup can be more evenly distributed throughout the ice cream. The other two syrups were fruity and also looked good. Both sandwiches had a nice hint of smoky flavor which was nice. The fresh parm was killer. Beyond the Black Pig, the whole market is packed with delicious pulls. Things like artisanal bread, incredible chocolate, and several vendors with great coffee. It has a slightly sweet and sticky sauce, the pork was tender and the rice had a fragrant coconut flavor. They added cilantro and cucumber which provided some crunch and texture.
