I was called by the inspector and also there was a cease and desist order posted on my door until I was able to prove to them that there was no "disturbed" asbestos in either the dumpster or in the house....first thought..."YIKES!" After a few days of pondering my options I looked at yelp and found BuildSafe and gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I can't remember her name at the moment) was awesome and gave me a brief description of their services. I was leaving on business trip in 3 hours and she said I might have someone in the area and if so we can check it out today... at that point the phone almost dropped out of my hand....this is Denver any type of activity that involves construction is always 4 to 6 weeks out! Needless to say they did have Blake who is one of their inspectors just finishing a job that was not too far away and he showed up about an hour later at my house. He was incredibly informed and competent at the requirements of what needed to happen with this problem. He took about 10 samples from the dumpster and the house...even spoke personally to the city inspector who wrote the property up about the situation. Immediately sent the samples to the lab and a few hours later I got a phone call regarding what they found. Amazingly quick and efficient. All I can say about this is: This company is well run, they are very personable and incredibly competent at what they do and finally trustworthy...they have you the customer in mind not the idea of lining there pockets with your dollar bills. I highly recommend them for any type of asbestos issue that you may have at your home.

Our account manager Jennifer got a technician out within 48 hours to do a proper inspection in order to start a plan for mitigation and allow us to feel better about moving forward with the property. Her plan included a thorough and detailed approach, and from start to finish she was available via email and phone to answer all of our questions. She took full accountability when there was a scheduling hiccup and worked to ensure that the re-schedule happened the next day. Can't ask for better customer service than that. Andrew, our technician, was extremely knowledgable, capable, and thorough with how he installed the mitigation system. He went above and beyond and educated us on the different components and why he made the choices he made. The price was about $100 more than 2 other quotes I received, but Front Range Radon was recommended by our realtor so I didn't mind paying $100 more for knowing that our realtor had used the company before. The installer, Kyle, was an absolute rockstar. He was super knowledgeable and fully explained what he was doing and why, and when my husband came to the house and wanted to change the location of the system Kyle totally explained the pros and cons to moving to another location. He was hard working, funny, and pleasant to have in the home (and also worked around the other contractors we had there at the same time). And, bonus of bonuses, the radon system is hardly noticeable against the side of our house. Thank you, Ron and Kyle! We will absolutely work with Front Range Radon again if needed. We are selling our home and I had to get a radon fan motor replaced before inspection which was three days away. They bent over backwards to get someone here and replace the motor the next day. After the inspection the new owners wanted the motor relocated into the attic. Again, the team at Reliant Radon Solutions came through for us and had the motor moved within a couple of days. The work done each time was meticulous, neat, fairly priced and met all building codes. If I ever have the need for radon services again I will only use them.

No. Each visit came with another explanation: the blower was too small or too weak, a stronger fan would fix it, the valves weren't adjusted properly, and then the plastic ground cover hadn't been glued and sealed as it should have been. One employee even mentioned that the company has high staff turnover, which did nothing to reassure me about the consistency or quality of their work. After the fifth visit, my radon readings are finally coming down below the recommended action level. I appreciate that they kept returning, but it should not have taken five visits and repeated corrections to get the job done properly. Friendly employees do not make up for this much frustration.
