We tested again and we were still above tolerance so they installed a more powerful fan. I decided to re-test recently. The testing kits come from a lab which for some reason couldn't mail a test kit. Eventually Rikki drove a kit up and left it to read levels. She just picked it up and it is reading slightly above tolerance. They're going to install another more powerful fan soon. Just very customer service friendly

They charged a $199 diagnostic fee just to show up, then $600 for a new fan that the technician admitted might be underpowered for our home's size. To make matters worse, they charged $150 for a 3-day test that showed the levels were still dangerously high. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor installation, a second technician replaced another part and told us it would be another $150 to re-test and see if it actually worked. And we were recommended to buy a radon detector from Amazon! A reputable radon company should stand by their work and ensure safety standards are met before walking away with nearly $1,000 of the customer's money. Avoid if you want the job done right the first time.

This was not hidden damage -- it was visible once baseboards were removed and should have at least been flagged for further evaluation.
