They completely covered the dirt in my crawlspace, set up the fan in a nice inconspicuous location outside the house, installed two points in the crawlspace to suck out the air (and radon) and showed me about the new system. BUT, he will make some lame excuse as to why he WILL NOT PAY for 100.00 of YOUR OWN PROPERTY that he and his 'workers' used, and utterly contaminated. They had come to our rental to remediate a Mold Storm that was caused by our negligent property owner. The property owner tried to make a 10-year water heater last 13 years, and it burst in the basement, causing a mold storm making everyone in the house sick. "elite" very happily stole ITEMS OF VALUE from a person who has been UNEMPLOYED for TWO YEARS (barely paying the rent while looking for a job). (Our 'property owner' paid for their "work.") THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM TO even clean your porch. They are NOT CERTIFIED by the Mold Remediators Association, AND they will BLOCK YOUR DRIVEWAY with their trucks and NOT EVEN ASK you if they may!! RUDE thieves!!! 'ELITE' abatement should be named "GRUNDGE abutment," period.

I hired Grade A Excavation to remedy several issues that were causing water seepage in my basement…read more. Hugh, Mike and team corrected the slope of my side yard, adding compacted soil and new gravel to correct the drainage. They filled in a low spot caused by tree growth in the back yard. Most complicated was a paver patio that had subsided in crazy ways. The back stoop had tilted away from the house and was funneling water into a void right against the foundation. The other companies I contacted fell into four categories: bid a complicated solution at double the price; submitted a two-sentence bid with zero detail; took one look and turned down the work; or ghosted me entirely. What sold me on Grade A was how well they explained what I needed and listened to my concerns. Instead of a buried French drain, they recommended surface solutions (grading, correctly aimed downspouts, splash blocks and gutter guards) so in the coming years, we can verify they're still carrying water away from the house as designed. Grade A bid a fair price, showed up on schedule, communicated every day about progress and field changes, and went out of their way to create a solution that solves the problem -- and find the right materials that let us reuse the existing pavers. I knew in advance the price was subject to change depending on what they found under the stoop. What they found was actually a nightmare but the price adjustment was lower than I expected. Bottom line: drainage problems fixed, yard and patio look great. The crew was friendly, courteous and hard-working. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with Hugh and his team. They did residential landscaping work for…read moreme involving leveling the edge of my yard, cleaning up, expanding my yard with grass, adding mulch and planting trees. Before and after attached. In addition to the work a few things that stood out: - Hugh was incredibly easy to work with and honest. If there were changes that needed to happen we'd discuss it and he'd give an updated quote. The update was never absurd and made it so we focused on the job not haggling or worrying. - Grade A was one of the few companies I worked with where the owner seemed connected to all the employees. Hugh introduced them all, seemed to look out for them and acted like a team. They were all really cool in return. All in all for the job well done, ease of working with and great business practices I think working with Grade A is an easy decision and I've already recommended them to some neighbors.

I was called by the inspector and also there was a cease and desist order posted on my door until I was able to prove to them that there was no "disturbed" asbestos in either the dumpster or in the house....first thought..."YIKES!" After a few days of pondering my options I looked at yelp and found BuildSafe and gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I can't remember her name at the moment) was awesome and gave me a brief description of their services. I was leaving on business trip in 3 hours and she said I might have someone in the area and if so we can check it out today... at that point the phone almost dropped out of my hand....this is Denver any type of activity that involves construction is always 4 to 6 weeks out! Needless to say they did have Blake who is one of their inspectors just finishing a job that was not too far away and he showed up about an hour later at my house. He was incredibly informed and competent at the requirements of what needed to happen with this problem. He took about 10 samples from the dumpster and the house...even spoke personally to the city inspector who wrote the property up about the situation. Immediately sent the samples to the lab and a few hours later I got a phone call regarding what they found. Amazingly quick and efficient. All I can say about this is: This company is well run, they are very personable and incredibly competent at what they do and finally trustworthy...they have you the customer in mind not the idea of lining there pockets with your dollar bills. I highly recommend them for any type of asbestos issue that you may have at your home.
