Alpha came out to help us address a leak originating from the refrigerator in-line. I can't…read morerecommend them enough. JD, Uli and Zeke did a fantastic job! Alpha explained the work involved and provided a quote. Once the work was complete, we paid less than the quoted amount. They quickly removed wet materials, drywall, flooring, cabinets, but they only took out what was absolutely necessary. They also moved the refrigerator to the garage. They treated for mold and any nasty growth. They setup a sturdy containment area which included tension poles to ensure plastic walls are held up against the ceiling and they put up an air filter which helped improve air flow and air quality in the space. They setup several fans and dehumidifier. Their machines move a lot of air, but the motors on the machines are silent, so we still felt comfortable in the adjacent living space. The area was totally dry in less than 3 days. They cleaned up, put down extra temporary covering for the floor (helpful since we have pets) and put us in contact with a contractor to help us rebuild and close everything back up. Throughout this process JD was very patient and understanding, he answered all our questions and gave several helpful recommendations. More background: This is our second leak in the span of weeks. We had our first leak dealt with by a different company. One of those big business national water damage companies. I am using my mostly negative experience with the other company to inform this review. I have to say, the difference is night and day. Go with Alpha Restoration.

We called a number of companies and All Pro Restorations responded in a timely manner. They came out and immediately began the work of cleaning up the basement and drying out the ground under the floor. After the ground was mostly dry they installed a moisture barrier to keep mold out of the house. They also recommended Umbrella Plumbing to install a second sump pump. Jessica & John are very friendly & professional. They gave us options to on the clean-up & restoration. They were very patient as we worked with the insurance company and bank to get them paid for the work covered by our policy. We highly recommend All Pro Restoration.

Avoid All Pro Restoration at all costs. Based on our experience, I would not trust this company…read moreanywhere near my home. All Pro's website provided no clear fees, transparent pricing, or meaningful reference to industry-standard rates. They refused to send a crew until we signed an authorization saying costs were unknown and could change, with no price, rate schedule, or objective standard for what we would owe. The paperwork allowed All Pro Restoration company to go directly to our insurance leaving us out of the communication- ultimately leaving us with an unjustified bill because of our our high deductible. On arrival, they wanted to demolish our hardwood floor and bathroom, even though I had stopped the leak and dried the affected area. Victor immediately classified the incident as Category 3 and repeatedly emphasized toilet-bowl contamination. My wife found his demeanor aggressive, condescending, and intimidating. They even told us to throw away toiletries from a completely dry closet. Our trusted contractor and plumber confirmed that water came from the tank, flowed into the bowl, and overflowed--it was not sewage backing up through the drain. Our plumber assessed it as gray water, not Category 3. The insurance pressure, Category 3 claim, proposed demolition, and opaque pricing made the experience feel like an effort to turn a limited repair into a much larger insurance job. I can't know their intent, but we felt pressured and exploited. The final bill was far higher than expected; when we challenged it, All Pro cited a minimum charge and vaguely said costs depended on scope, without meaningfully addressing our concerns. We paid after the mitigation work, but that was not approval or satisfaction. Wished we had selected a more honest company.
