I brought a Freddy in to be dry cleaned. It cost $39.** to dry clean. I knew I should have used Dryel to just freshen it. Last year I brought 4 cashmere sweaters in for dry cleaning.i pulled it out ladterek and it had a stain on it. I didn't check it when I had brought it home. I just put it way. I got the spot out with Dryel. Lesson learned. I wish there was an affordable, good dry cleaners in the Anthem/Noterra area. read more

We have used prime cleaners for nearly two years and now the rest of our family are using them for our dry cleaning . This family owned business is friendly and reliable . We come on a weekly basis and they now have started using texting notification for pickup and touch-less payment tap. When we moved from Scottsdale we were in need of a good cleaner to launder/press my husband's shirts for work. I have been very happy with the quality of work from Prime Cleaners. His shirts always come back clean (including the cuffs and collars) and perfectly pressed. I also love the way they connect the sleeves in front of the group of shirts...it keeps them from getting wrinkled. I appreciate that the shirts are always ready when they say. If anything they are always waiting on me to pick them up. If you're up in the Norterra/Anthem area I highly recommend you use Prime Cleaners for your dry cleaning/laundry needs. read more

Horrible experience with the his company ! Go to another dry cleaner unless you want your items returned to you ruined - they do not understand specialty dry cleaning and ruined my Burberry silk scarf and then refused to reimburse me for it. The owner is extremely unprofessional and then went on to tell me that it was my fault and that I needed to take my item to Burberry and take it up with them ? I proceeded to ask for a refund because I refuse to support businesses like this that rob from their customers - the owner refunded me but jipped me and didn't give me full refund which is minimal at this point considering I took a $230 loss on my item. read more

When I think ethics are challenged, I must post a review. I am only giving one star because this cleaners will accept laundry, and IF THEY FEEL it should be "dry cleaned", they just do it with zero notification. Their prices are already "pricey" for a simple adequate service, but upon (their opinion), they will automatically dry clean garments...and change you without even explaining, unless you ask. I encourage any customer that uses this cleaners to pay close attention to your payment. Most of us simply "trust" the amount is accurate, and move on our way. I mean it's only a couple extra bucks, so what's the big deal. Right? I say WRONG! Unethical. Hence the review. read more

Don't use this cleaners! Rip Off's Called prior to going in to get an estimate to press some drapes. I was quoted $12.00 a panel. When I sent my husband in to pick them up they said it was $40 per panel!!!! Unless we paid that we would not get the drapes! Save yourself a headache and don't use them. Called the Owner "Jeanie" she could care less what price that was what she wanted! Almost had to call police to get out of there. read more

We dropped off our typical dry cleaning in mid February 2013. A week later we went to pick up our clothing, but was informed that 1 shirt was missing. Tina (service tech) told us they think it went to a different shop and were searching for it. We paid for our full order and were to return in a week. A week later they still had not located the dress shirt and told us to come back in another week. Again, after a week they had not located the shirt. She had us go through a couple other shirts to see if one of them was mine, but it still was not there. A full week later, we were told the owner would call me to discuss the resolution. Wednesday 4/10, I received no call from the cleaners, and phone them late in the afternoon. We were told to come in and see if any of the shirts were mine, again no luck. Tina instructed us to come in the following morning (4/11) and the owner would be there to discuss. We arrived at the shop at 9:30 only to find Gena there and no owner. She knew about the situation, but had no resolution and also told us the owner is never at that location. After multiple attempts she finally go the owner Frank on the line. She offered $30 to replace the shirt, or $75 in credit at their store. This isn't the first time they've had trouble locating our laundry, but this is the first time the item has been completely lost. With lack of follow through and doing what they say they are going to do, it certainly is our last time coming to this location. It scares me to think I can drop off a $100+ pair of slacks or nice clothing, and their max refund for losing the item is $30. No thanks. read more

They did an Ok job dry cleaning, but ticked me off because I specifically requested "laundering" of 2 cotton shirts. When my husband went to pick them up, they had "dry cleaned" them, which is a higher charge. They even told my husband "these should be dry cleaned, so we did". I really try to dry clean only what I have to, like linen and other items that have to be. And trust me, I know the difference! So my 100% cotton shirts I wanted laundered not dry cleaned. I now take my items to 1st Tramonto Cleaners - who does beautiful work on not only dry cleaning and laundering, but alterations too. read more

So - this business has relocated to 2510 W. Thunderbird Road, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85023 with a new phone number of 602-863-4059. However, the service is still terrible. I dropped off 3 dresses and a shirt to this cleaners on April 3rd. I was able to pick up one of the dresses on April 4th. Life got in the way so I didn't come back to pick up the rest of my dry cleaning until May 18th. Though it had been a bit, I was still within the 90 day policy. Anyway, I am VERY glad I did not pay up front. When I came to the shop on the 18th the lady (I think her name is Deborah) looked furiously for my order and could not find it. She was completely confused and did not remember me. So I was asked to come back the next day. I came back on Tuesday, May 19th and the lady told me that I had, indeed, picked up my articles back in April. I informed her that I had picked up one dress but not the other 2 dresses and shirt. She viciously argued that she had two of her 'auditors' go over my record and that she, personally, remembered me dropping everything off and picking it up. I told her no, I never picked it up. She then pulled out a handwritten notebook with a note scribbled that I had picked everything up (insert sarcasm for the record-keeping method). She then raised her voice and said that in all of her years of business she has NEVER lost anything at all and proceeded to tell me to check my closet at home. We debated back and forth for about 5 minutes with her dramatization of being 'offended' that I would suggest that she made a mistake steadily increasing. I am not an argumentative type of individual so I just told her that I would be sure to write a review with the BBB and Yelp. So - my 2 dresses and shirt are gone and I wasn't offered anything in consolation bc she claims that she is CERTAIN I picked up my articles of clothing (which I did not). Obviously my clothing articles were given away to someone else. This is a VERY shady business and I will NEVER take my clothing there again. read more
