I asked him to show me proof and i would be more than happy to drop this claim. he never did. so he lied. shoe mark? that was clearly a burnt iron mark from poor workmanship. Anyone that trains in Karate knows shoes are not used. that's Kung Fu not Karate. he says he cant be held "Responsible for what happens after" what he is not saying is they folded the damaged to the GI pants so you could not see it until l took it off the hanger. What i paid for vs. what i got. I walked in a week before my karate tournament. I gave them several pieces. Ranging from a suit to my karate gi. I picked it up on Wednesday. They said i would be texted but never told me to look in my spam so i never received a text. I had to call. I picked up my GI on my way to teach class. Everything appeared to be okay. Until the next morning and i take my gi out of the cleaners bag. I see burn a burn mark over my Gi pants. I reached out to them and informed them of the damage. I told them i was at a tournament and there was nothing that could be done, as the tournament was 3 days long. Anyone that does karate knows your gi needs to be clean for a tournament. As i run a school, this made me look bad. I walked in on Monday or Tuesday and show them the damage. I requested the gi be replaced. I gave them the price, where they could buy it and brand. They said they could "wash it again". I said you cant wash out burn marks. I even went so far as to meet in the middle and ask that they just replace the GI pants. They ignored me. This is my next step. All platforms and the BBB will know of what you did so the right thing and replace my gi bottoms and issue me a full refund for your poor handling of my item. You charge way too much vs. The services i paid for. Let me also add this company operates under three different names. 1. ABC dry cleaners , the store front. 2. Via email they operate as Norterra cleaners. Vs. The reality which is discount cleaners.

I've seen at-home dry cleaning kits, but that idea kind of confused me, so I took the old fashioned route at Rite Cleaners. At both drop off and pickup, the employees were super nice. Best of all, my pillow case smells and looks brand new. Though I try to avoid buying dry clean only clothing and items, I would not hesitate to return here for future needs.

Such a wonderful community resource. We've dropped off our laundry several times to be cleaned…read moresince our washer and dryer broke down. The service is wonderful and very fast. We typically get a text saying that the laundry's been finished only a few hours after we dropped it off! It also functions as a laundromat and the prices are affordable if you want to save money and do it yourself. There are plenty of machines, you can purchase soap and other products from a variety of options. There's also a vending machine if you want a sweet treat while you wait! We love that this is a part of our community and we will continue to use their services when laundry stacks up.
