I had a Handguard delivered from primary arms and it was a Wilson combat handguard, upon receiving the handguard it was obviously either used or messed up with gouges and scratches. I took it into primary and they exchanged it no issue, then I had another issue as it was past their sale time and I couldn't get another handguard. I've had mixed experiences with Primary Arms. My very first experience was truly awful, I purchased an optic that was misrepresented to them by their Chinese manufacturer and I had to go through a considerable hassle to return it; I then wrote a blistering review of Primary Arms. I apparently hurt someone's feelings (welcome to the world of business, children) and then Primary Arms contacted me requesting that I modify my review on the basis on something other than their performance. Are you kidding me? Fast forward a couple years. I decided to give them a second try. This time I was pleasantly surprised and I reviewed as such. So I figured, well, maybe they have their act together now... Nope. I made a purchase that was quickly charged against my account, they eventually shipped it, they charged exorbitant shipping rates (FedEx Smartpost) and now the purchased items are in limbo. The FedEx status shows "delivered" and the USPS (Smartpost for those of you who don't know is a FedEx/USPS combo service) status shows "waiting for the package" and Primary Arms, true to fashion, won't reply to inquiries. So, now I'm wasting what little free time I have dealing with an issue that should not have occurred to begin with. I'll simply begin dealing with it by writing as many negative issues regarding Primary Arms as possible and retelling my Primary Arms experiences to friends and associates. read more

I can't believe a company that is so flooded with orders doesn't work the weekends. I've been waiting for my rifle for 21 days and it hasn't even shipped yet. I called them to cancel my order and that was slow too. Funny how gun rights activists complain about the length of background checks but I could have done it 5 times before primary arms delivered my rifle. They seem to have great products but it's crazy to think it takes that long to ship something. There's no way it should take this long. You simply put the address on a box and ship it. Holy cow, as soon as I placed my order - at 11pm at night - I received a pop up saying my order was shipping the next day. I was also informed of guaranteed delivery through Norton service...free. Very honest, hard working company. I received a chipped up Nickel Boron BCG from Aero Precision via Primary Arms. I sent in the pictures of the chips to their info email and contacted them via phone the next day. I spoke with Nate about it and he emailed me a return label and covered my shipping fees on the next order. Nate made the process extremely smooth with no questions asked. Extremely polite and professional attitude when dealing with him via phone call. I wrapped up and shipped out the Aero Precision BCG and ended up purchasing a FAIL ZERO Nickel Boron BCG instead. I can't visit Primary Arms as I'm not in TX, but their customer service is top notch, so all I can attest to is online sales and service. Ordered a trijicon rmr on 4.22.18, five days later 4.27, that same rmr is sold on sale with a jelly fish cover (by Strike Industries). I didn't know the jelly fish covers even existed let alone were available. I send PA an email asking if I could get one of those jelly fish covers mailed to me, (me paying for shipping). They answered back promptly (a few hours later), and said they'd be happy to send out out. A short time after that (hour +), I get an email with tracking info. PA didn't charge me for the cover, didn't charge me for shipping. Its this kind of customer service that builds relationships and keeps me coming back to purchase more stuff from them. My wife wanted to purchase her first rifle. I suggested Primary Arms since I have made purchases from them before. The process was so flawed when trying to get the rifle my wife wanted. It stated on the website that in stock. It took over a week for the rifle to come in. When my wife got there to submit the paperwork for the rifle, the representative said she filled out the information wrong and to come back. We then decided to go to our local shooting range, where they had the same weapon. She filled out the paperwork with the same answers and was done in 15 minutes with her new purchase. We then looked on our credit card and saw that Primary Arms submitted an unauthorized charge to my Amex for 2 magazines that were never purchased. Spoke to a rep who did not do her job with the removal of the charge. Then, I spoke to Adrian, who lied about sending an email confirmation to remove the charge after he confirmed the charge was a mistake and fraudulent. Had to call Amex to reject the charge and all other future transactions with Primary Arms. This was the worst experience from not one, but to individuals who could not perform their job duties in the correct fashion. We will no longer do business with this company. read more

This company has a known record of being scam artists when it comes to purchases and returns. I finally saw it first hand on a recent order. I ordered and paid for a pair of Geissele BUIS but instead, received Troy Battle sights. When I brought it to the attention of their customer service it took 6 days to get a return authorization. Now 2 weeks later this trashcan of a company is trying to tell me I switched the geissele buis for Troy buis. What sense does that make? They are a $10 difference in price lol. Both are $200. So with that said, don't expect any honesty nor assistance from them once you've paid. Do not order from this company. Primary Arms has the worst customer service of any online retailer I have ordered from. I placed an order on December 29, 2020. When the package arrived, one item was missing. No damage to the package, the item was simply missing. Well Primary Arms doesn't answer their phones so that option wasn't available for a quick solution to my problem. I have sent a number of emails over the last month and it always takes them at least 5 business days to answer and they keep coming up with new excuses for why they haven't issued me the $126 refund for the missing item yet. So now it has been almost a month and I still don't have a refund for the missing item. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from Primary Arms. I have been a loyal customer for many years but after this terrible experience, I will not order from Primary Arms again. read more

My son recently ordered a gun from them. And it was in stock. They said the would ship in 5-7 days for FFL deals. He has an order number and was told even if it shows up out of stock. His was there at the time he purchased even sent an email stating this the gun was ordered on 8-26-2020 it's now 9-4 -2020 and nothing the charge is still pending on the credit card.
