The online website is a fraud!!! They are professional thieves. I paid extra for FedEx shipping expecting fast processing and delivery. Four days later, my order still hasn't shipped. When I contacted customer service, they would not reship or provide a meaningful solution. If you're going to charge a premium for expedited shipping, the order should leave the warehouse promptly. Paying more for speed and getting standard (or slower) handling is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I'll be reconsidering future purchases based on this. Great prices. Great quality. Fast shipping. The only drawback is picking up anything in store is excruciatingly slow. My last order for pick up included firearms where I had to do the paperwork, but that normally takes 15 minutes at my local gun dealer. Two hours later, I was finally out of their store. Nothing but good experience with Primary Arm so far. I have orders from primary arm multiple time. My orders were shipped promptly with good protection each time. I like the selection that is available, the price is not bad either. What impresses me is the attention to detail and they keep an eye out for the current situation. They are aware that USPS is having issue due to the current political situation and warns their customer. In addition, two of my rifles have Primary Arms optics on them. 1 of them has a 2.5X prism scope and a 1-6X on the DMR AR. They are made in China but they are decent quality scope. read more

Item purchased came in the wrong box ( the box had been obviously opened and item switched) told the person on the phone. It was probably somebody in the warehouse ripping them off (the person on the phone was very nice and apologetic.) well the phone person must have told the warehouse people what I said, because when I received the replacement item, I pulled the box out of the shipping box. There was a huge wad of chewing gum attached to it, and I had a green gooey mess I had to contend with it was so bad I couldn't keep the original packaging... Unreal. Like I said, the people on the phone were really nice and resolved my issue promptly... the warehouse. People are obviously idiots.(at least some of them are.) there are so many other places to do business with where I won't have these issues. Sad read more

However it was a costly headache to figure out that a brand new scope direct from the manufacturer would be a defective one. Two major issues with this place. I ordered a transfer rifle that was shipped and delivered within a week. It took these guys almost a month to find it and schedule me an appointment to get it picked up. After scheduling an appointment and arriving on time, it took over an hour to get it and leave. They need to have a better system of storage in there warehouse for the people they force to make an appointment. Fair prices, decent customer service. But care more about profits than customers well being by using Credova as a financing option. The companies a business choose to work with say a lot about their values and integrity. Credova's practices are quite deceptive and contracts are written in verbiage that is not in layman terms and confusing to interpret. Do not finance through them unless you want to pay tripple the price with no early buy off option. I have been trying to contact Credova for over two weeks now with no success. eventually I got fed up and googled there parent company and did an early buy off on a $500 upper which now cost me $1300. Saving me $200 with the early buy off which was not easy to achieve due to lack of accesibility on their end. In the future I would suggest in house financing or Affirm which has little to no interest and better payment options. read more

I am beyond frustrated with Primary Arms. I've been sent inoperable merchandise twice. Contact by phone is impossible & it takes up to 8 days for customer service to reply to email. They're shipping is snail pace slow, combined by the fact it takes a week to receive a return authorization, another week for unsatisfactory reply only to await another slow shipment. I ask for store credit they send another broken unit. Now when owed over $250 they process a refund for $35?? I have never seen such disconnectedness, poor communication between receiving & customer service & accounts payable. How can the same mistakes be made? Now I'm short $250 with no merchandise? To start with I will say Primary Arms has a great selection and very good pricing on the products they offer. The store front is very clean and organized and the service was good. However, as an FFL I would personally not use them again. I ordered a rifle from Palmetto State and it was delivered by the time they opened according to tracking. Upon calling to verify they have it and it's ready to pickup I was told it would be ready the following day. Called this afternoon and the girl that helped me was very professional but still told me, yes we have your rifle but it's not ready to pickup. "Typically it's 24-48 hours". If I knew I'd have to wait 2 days to pickup the rifle that's already in your possession I would have chose a different FFL that I could have picked up same day. I wanted to support a Houston owned business and give them my business. I just find it ridiculous I have to wait 2 days to come get a firearm I already paid for that's in PA possession. To me the right thing to do if their mission is to provide superior customer service was to have someone walk to the back physically and scan it in and be done. Other than this issue I will recommend PA to anyone but I won't use them as a FFL anymore. That 24-48 hours policy is ridiculous read more
