Kudos to Chris Aquina working diligently to get my daughter's vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection by an ASE mechanic. She was picking the vehicle up from a nearby car dealership and I had an appointment with Firestone to do the inspection. But when I called Firestone to confirm 2 hours before my daughter was to arrive I found they had no ASE mechanic there like they told me they had. So I told firestone to forget it and started looking up auto service ratings in YELP. Pride popped up with a lot of good reviews so I called and Chris took the call. I figured I had no chance to get the car in for inspection on short notice at a busy business, but I told Chris my predicament and he told me to have my daughter bring it in. As it turned out, I had some last minute issues with the dealer that prevented a deal that day and l had to call Chris and cancel. Next day we got things back on track with the dealer so I again called Chris on short notice and again he was able to accommodate us. Thanks Chris for your extra extra effort. Your customer focus shows. read more

Everything about my experience here was excellent. Great customer service, trustworthy mechanics, and quick service! These guys are the real deal. They even had someone drive me home so I wouldn't have to wait for my car at the shop! I will definitely be back. read more

It seemed to be the prices were fair and they were honest about what needed to be done. Only thing that was a little annoying was i took my car there Friday evening to have it worked on Saturday morning. By the time they called me Saturday afternoon to tell me what was wrong, they werent going to be able to get to it that day and it would be Monday (closed on Sunday) before i would get my car. So i had to go the whole weekend without a car and find a ride to work on monday. read more

Made the repair properly, had the car done on time at a fair price. Very professional and courteous. Didn't try to sell me a thousand other things. Really got the felling that these guys are fair and honest and will give you the truth regarding what really needs to be done. Other places less expensive, but the job was done right and that has value. read more

It is hard to find an honest auto repair shop but I think I have found one. I took the car in for alignment. Rather than charging me for an alignment they said the alignment was fine and only charged me to check the alignment. They didn't try to sell me any other services I didn't need. I am very happy with Pride Auto Care. read more

I'm only calling to see if they can fix my windshield chip. After checking the review I decided to call them up. They suggest me to call the glass service instead cause it will save me more time. Even they are so busy they check the phone number and give it to me right away. Thank you! read more

Had no idea these guys were there, but thanks to a living social coupon, I found an awesome car service! They did a great job and very nice! Thank you for taking time to make sure all my concerns were taken care of! read more

These guys are fantastic! I found them originally on Yelp and decided to switch to getting oil changes done here instead of at my dealership. You will definitely need to call and make an appointment, but they don't worry you still get in within 1-2 days. They have amazing customer service, they are honest, and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me (like my dealership). read more

Very honest shop. I brought my car in for a timing belt and received a call that the job was going to be less than quoted. High quality, fast and dependable care. Very friendly and intelligent staff. read more

We were looking for someone other than a large Honda dealershipship to repair the right and left CV boots on our 1994 Honda Accord with 190,000 miles. As you can imagine we didn't want to put much money into it but she's not dead yet. We were quoted $735 to replace only the boots by a Honda dealership. I found Pride Auto Care on Yelp along with several other auto repair shops. They quoted me $400-$500 over the phone to replace the boots and the axles. They couldn't do the work until 3 days later but it worked to our advantage to drop the car several days earlier. They got the car done 2 days early and with a total price tag of $419.00. I'd absolutely use them again. Now we just need a new paint job. :o) read more

Vince helped me out BIG TIME last night. Toyota told me it would be 3 hours to pull codes off of my 4Runner so I pulled into Pride and Vince immediately completely checked it out for me and even filled up my tires to go above and beyond. Everyone in the shop was so kind and nice to talk to. I was so appreciative of Vince and his help that I wanted to write this review because it's hard to find good service, but when I do I want to tell everyone! EXCELLENT customer service. read more

Customer service here is amazing. I have an older car and was having 4wheel drive issues. Pride stood by a warranty and really took time to find the problem and fix it at their expense. I have a hard time trusting auto repair shops, but I am very confident in their work and honesty. read more

I am very thankful that I found this mechanic. After multiple terrible experiences at another shop, my car was still not fixed and I decided to try someplace else, so I took it to Pride. They finally fixed my car for a very reasonable price, and had great customer service- always very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately I have had too many problems with the car and decided to get a new one, so planning to not need a mechanic for awhile but still very thankful that I know of a good place to go if I do need one! read more

I brought my Jeep in because it had a coolant leak and I heard a whining sound. I suggested that Scott look at the radiator hoses and the water pump. He called back and said he did a pressure test and I needed a new radiator and hoses, and the sound was the serpentine belt, at the cost of $1,000. I asked again about the water pump and also the thermostat. He told me they were fine. I picked up my car and noticed it was riding hotter, than before I had this work done, and the noise was still there. I looked under the hood and found he did install a new radiator but he didn't put a new serpentine belt on, also the vent hose to my air cleaner wasn't connected and got caught in the air conditioning pulley. I had the belt replaced and that wasn't the cause of the noise either. I noticed on the bill he didn't charge me for a belt but it said T-stat and Water pump suspect and they couldn't check the water pump because there was grease and anti freeze on the front of the engine ( something other mechanics I talked to could not understand). I called Scott and he told me a T-stat would cost me $200, something he could have installed when he put new hoses in. At $130 an hour for labor ( the labor cost at the Jeep Dealership) and a $1,000 bill, I thought I would have received better service and at the least had the problem taken care of. read more

Took my 2006 Dodge truck in to have air conditioner fixed, which required complete removal of the dash. Performed the work in one day (by appointment) and saved me hundreds of dollars over dodge dealership. read more

I am a 27 year old female, which to many auto dealers means, I'm a sucker who will pay for anything they tell me needs fixing. I get lied to all the time by mechanics and tire dealers. Since I've started going to auto pride I have had nothing but honesty from these good men. I've even been talked out of repairs that my car didn't need, not once, but twice. My husband and I just bought a house in Parker, and we will definitely be giving our business to Auto Pride. read more

Incredibly rude and incompetent staff! I had an appointment to be there at 8am on 08-01-15 to fix my air conditioning. I described to the guy on the phone that it's weak and dying and he said they could take a look at it and find what needs to be done. When showed up I let the guy at the front desk know what's going on and he didn't understand what I needed. He asked "so what's wrong with the AC" and I repeated that it's dying and very weak. He made a squinty you're-an-idiot" face to me and asked "so is it blowing warm air?" I said no, it's still cold, then he said with that you're-an-idiot face and tone "so what's the problem?" I asked if I have to wait till the air blow warm before I could fix it, and he just said that I need to talk to him so he could know the problem. I finally just had to leave. Big waste of my day! Big waste of my time! If he didn't want to work he should have just called in or canceled my appointment! Never waste your time with these people! read more

When your bringing your car to your neighborhood car shop, you don't exactly expect to be treated so poorly. My car had some problems with smoke out of the tail pipe and a one time knocking noise. Me and some others thought maybe it could be a head gasket. When I brought my car in they said "we can't replicate the problem". However, they felt confident and convinced me I needed a $1000.00 repair that had nothing to do with the problem. I picked my vehicle up and 2 HOURS LATER IT BROKE DOWN. They where completely apathetic to the danger my Fiance and I were in when my car stalled out. Since I had no other options being a broke college student. I had them take another look at the car. Conveniently they figured out my head gasket went out. This is the problem I originally brought it in for. Now it's gonna cost 1500.00. I haven't had my car since Friday and it is now Tuesday. Now they're telling me it's gonna take a few days to undo the very expensive repairs that took them a few hours to do. I was told these guys were the best around and brought my car here because they are trusted. Now I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. This place is not the place to take your car! read more

This happened to my car between January 2013 and March 2013, at Pride Auto in Centennial Colorado. I'm still very upset about what happened, so want folks out there to know. I owned a 1993 Camry Toyota, which I bought from the original owner with 6,000 miles on it in 1994. My family drove the car for 20 years, best car ever, never any major repairs or problems. Took my car into Pride Auto for a "check-up" at 220,000 miles, had some leakage in the engine. Pride Auto worked on the Camry, fixed the leaks, tune-up, oil change, etc...at the tune of $1100.00. Not bad for all those miles and I figured it would give the life of the car 3 to 5 more years...Not so. Car started stalling, and stopping when the car slowed (on the highway even) I took my car back to Pride Auto 3 more times...and they couldn't get the car to stall and die after a test drive. The panel heat indicator did not indicate the car overheating. Then one morning a short time later, on my way to work (from Centennial to downtown Denver...) the oil light came on. It had never come on before Pride Auto worked on the car. I went in to work, and on my way home that same day - I took my car into Fast Tracts, for a quick oil check. They told me there was not a drop of oil in the car, and they filled it with oil. By the time I drove two blocks, the engine was clamoring loudly.Pride Auto was near by so I pulled in. It was closing time, so they kept the car overnight to check it out...and you guessed it, The engine had blown. I just had an oil change by Pride a few weeks prior to the catastrophe. They had "fixed" all leaks. How could my car, while old and lots of miles burn up so much oil so quickly when it never had before? Pride Auto said they couldn't do anything about it...that the car was old and I had to expect that...I wonder if Pride's mechanics really got the oil into my car (I was charged for it on the receipt) . I will never know really what happened. Maybe my car aged drastically in three months and just blew up. I do know Pride Auto was not accountable. Oh yeah - the reason I didn't argue with Pride or post this review back then is my mother was dying from cancer and we were taking care of her in our home with hospice care - I just didn't have the energy. read more
