From there, David Griffis took the time to provide thorough information and answer all of our questions. He was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Melissa did an excellent job coordinating and scheduling the installation team. One aspect of their communication that particularly stood out was the consistent updates provided through both text and email, including photographs of the technicians and notifications regarding their arrival times. This level of professionalism and customer service was truly impressive. Brian and his assistant arrived promptly, conducted themselves courteously, and completed the split unit installation efficiently and professionally. Joshua, the electrician, and his assistant then completed the electrical work seamlessly. Overall, this team of professionals provided us with an outstanding temperature control system that we will greatly enjoy in our sunroom. To further demonstrate their appreciation for their customers, they even sent us a thoughtful gift afterward. We highly recommend them.

My husband said he needed to know what the $1800 covered so Mike said, "it'll probably cost more if I give you a breakdown of the costs and our cost is not based on your income". Basically, the water tank and parts cost $800 and labor was $1000. At this point my husband said he wanted to have another estimate to which Mike replied, "good luck in finding someone to give you a better price and you're probably going to wait another 2-3 days. He made it all better - even demonstrating how it should look under the cap (in case I somehow mess it up again). And, no charge! He spent scheduling time and gas to come fix this!
