My LEAD PIPE from the STACK to the toilet developed holes from age and leaked. Danny with 47 years experience new how to proceed. He knew how to remove LEAD PIPING from the Joint at and inside the STACK, and then rebuilt the pipe in black 4" PVC up to my NEW toilet FLANGE. CARE : They gave me the better silicone rubber insert into existing STACK joint (thank you) and also gave me the upgraded stainless toilet FLANGE (thank you). I needed this job done delicately and with experience so while digging out the old broken Lead pipe, that my existing STACK would not get damaged or cracked... yikes. But alas, Danny and Steve pulled it off perfectly. This job was not cheap but i was paying for much more than standard plumbing on the job. They get an 11 on a 10-star scale. Bill Brower Tacoma Wa. P.S. I should add that Steve S. Is my regular plumber, he has done 4 jobs for me. Each time He listens to how i want to proceed and brainstorms with me on what to do. It is my belief that when you find a really good plumber, you hang on to him.

I called immediately and was assured someone would come out. I received multiple confirmations -- texts, phone calls, emails -- all saying help was on the way. After waiting all day, I finally reached out again... only to be told they wanted to reschedule. Apparently a flooded house due to their own faulty work isn't considered an emergency. I pay extra every month to be a VIP customer, yet here we sit with no kitchen access right before the holidays, all because of Olympic Plumbing Technology -- and now I can't even get anyone to take my call. Deeply disappointed and beyond frustrated.

He is an amazing person. a small veteran owned business in yelm. A Lil back story about this amazing guy. 2 years ago bella was an infant was living in our house with Joey and kimmi. our heater quit working at 1am on the coldest night of the year. I called 6 different emergency heating companies. (big name companies), not one of them would even come out for an emergency service call. I called Ed. He got right out of bed and came right over literally 20 minutes later to get us working temporary fir the night. the following day he came back out ordered the new blower motor we needed and fixed our unit. That's the kind of guy / company he is. That day I told him if and when I need any hvac services he will be our guy. Well this week our system shit the bed. on top of it our power bill has been over $1,000 a month with the heater malfunctioning for the last few months. He installed a bad ass energy efficient heat pump today. So now we have heat and a/c. this afternoon at 4pm we had the system running he was doing final checks showed us how to program the new thermostat ect, the house went up to 75 degrees we set the thermostat for 66 degrees the system still hasn't kicked on from 4pm and its now 11pm and its still 73 degrees in the house. He fixed the duct work that was also busted in the crawl that was allowing cold air in so now the house is holding its temp. I'm just completely great full for the attention to detail and quality of workmanship that this man put into getting our situation right. We will be building a new house starting in a few months and this man will have the hvac contact for the new build. There are people who cross your path in life that go above and beyond for others selfless people. It's rare especially these days. This man is one of them and I'm great full that our paths crossed that cold ass winter night. Thank you Ed for everything you have done for me and my family! I hope to one day be able to help you in the way you have helped me and my family. God bless you. Thank you for your service to our country and thank you for being you. We need more people like you in this world. I fully recommend him to anyone needing heating or air-conditioning needs.

Brandon really takes the time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the options from repair to replacement. He is very easy to work with and consistently finds the best option at an affordable price. He is honest, professional, efficient and always does an excellent job.

They were thorough in their explanation of how long our new gas water heater will last - the one they were replacing was 30 years old, and I wanted a new one that would last as long as possible. Tyler was personable, honest, and was not a "script" guy. I got three estimates, and these guys were not only the best, they actually knew what they were doing - they actually knew details about each water heater - and were more honest than the others I spoke to regarding two other bids. No hidden fees. A family company, selling American made tanks. I will definitely call them for anything water related. Top recommendation.

And they did it $1,500 LESS than two other notable local shops we got estimates from. I asked why so cheap and One Brother said simply, "that's how much it costs." THIS is integrity folks. No up-selling, no surprises, or vague line items--just two guys and a fast, professional install. I wish these two did insulation, framing, drywall; I'd hire them (or anybody like them) in a heartbeat. Diamonds in the rough. Easiest 5 I've ever given, and we've had a lot of work done on our 1952 Seattle home. Can't recommend enough.

I've got only one gripe and it's a real "first world problem" because I didn't get a thermostat that could be controlled with Apple HomeKit. I know I'm whining a bit. in truth, things didn't go perfectly. we had a fan and light switch check out of the chat while they were here and there was just no way they had anything to do with it. but, they took care of it all the same. getting the hardware installed went smooth. the wiring for whatever reason became an issue. turned out something needed a firmware update and the wiring corrected thereafter. so, I had one cold morning before it was all perfect. I believe you see the best from a company when things don't go perfect. there were some hiccups but, all was handled splendidly.

Our undermounted bathroom sink had become detach (needed clamps and glue), so we needed a plumber…read more We live on Bainbridge Island, but financially are of the middle class. We had Hart Plumbing come out. (They are one of the few plumbers in Kitsap County willing to service Bainbridge Island, so we were excited about that.) Thomas Castrataro came out to assess the job. He could not tell us even a ball-park estimate of how much time the job would take. He also could not tell us how much money it would ultimately cost. Finally, with considerable prompting, he said it would cost us $1500. If the job was going to take a max of three hours (more than enough time), that meant Hart Plumbing's Thomas Castrataro was hoping to charge us $500 per hour. Thomas came back with a second offer of $1000, but the $500 difference between the two offers, coupled with the fact he was going to drive to Silverdale (rather than just go to ProBuild or Ace Hardware on Bainbridge), charging us for that time and 21 miles driving (each way) also shook our confidence in his professionalism and his acting in good faith. Despite the fact that I had articulated that it was the sink that needed fixing, and the fact that Hart had a very spacious van, Thomas didn't have the materials necessary to re-attach the sink. He said he might have to drive from Bainbridge Island to Silverdale, because he didn't have an account with ProBuild or Ace Hardware on Bainbridge. Does that sound professional? We appreciate that Hart comes out to Bainbridge Island. (Other plumbing companies do not.) But frankly, we felt completely used, and will never recommend Hart to anyone. We had to hand Thomas $75 (plus tax) for no service (Hart's policy), which was painful. We thought Hart would at least have sent a plumber reasonably priced and acting in good conscience. We know there are many affluent people who would be willing to pay $1000 or even $1500 for this 3-hour max job. But frankly, we felt taken advantage of, and will NEVER call Hart Plumbing again: This company is a big red flag.
