I have rather thick eyebrows and I go down south to get them done. I did not have time to do that in so I found this place on Google. The reviews looked good so I went over there. A lady did my eyebrows and I believe her name was Amy. She left one thinner in the middle than the other. When I said this one's smaller than the other she said oh you can just pencil them in. Had my eyebrows cleaned up by Suri and she did amazing! I had to forewarn her that threading always makes my eyes cry because it hurts. BUT not one tear by Suri. Did it feel good? Of course not! But it was definitely tolerable and I will absolutely be coming here for now on. She took her time asking me what look I wanted making sure it was a "look" I wanted on me. Nena recently did my eyebrow threading and tint which turned out amazing as always. She's truly gifted with her ability to even out eyebrows and make them match even when they grow unevenly. She also gave me a facial this past visit which I think is a new service of theirs. I highly recommend it! I always like Pretty Threading. Today, was GREAT. Nena did my brows and I am so happy every time I look in the mirror. Normally after a tint I'm afraid to leave my house for a couple of days. I have been coming to Pretty Threading for many years. Pretty has told me that she trained each & every employee to thread eyebrows. Which at first I believed but no longer do. I have seen many employees come and go. The only one I trusted with my eyebrows aside from Pretty is Saaz and she no longer works there. I've seen Pretty there a handful of times. She is rarely there. And I simply do not and will no trust any other employee to thread my eyebrows the way Saaz did. Customers beware when going to get your eyebrows done here that Saaz is no longer working there and a new girl will be doing your eyebrows. I know that hair grows back but getting your eyebrows threaded correctly by someone who is very experienced like Saaz is, is absolutely priceless. And sadly you risk not getting your eyebrows threaded correctly. Bummed that I will have to look elsewhere to get my eyebrows threaded. read more

The people there were very nice and I asked for shaping and no thinning and I got exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look clean and even now. I've been coming to Pretty Threading since 2015. Everyone does an excellent job here.  I love that at the end of every visit you get a star and once you complete 10-12 visits you get a free threading. Sometimes there is a short wait but, believe me, it is worth it!!! The staff is very nice and friendly and in the 7yrs I've been going there I've never had a problem with a single one of them.  However, I have seen a couple of their clients be very rude and lash out at these women who are just working hard to make a living.  Even when the staff has been verbally attacked, they have NEVER said anything back. The last time I went there was one client (who has consistently been trouble) took it too far and I had enough.  After verbally abusing the staff, she threw her soiled tissues on the register and walked stormed out of the building in a fit!  The disrespect was too much for me to let slide.  I spoke up for the women at the Pretty Threading because I new that they would not do so for themselves.  My only regret is that this miserable, self-centered person is now trying to lash out at Pretty Threading in the Yelp and Google reviews. Side note: I know Saaz is no longer there but the other two ladies have been doing my eyebrows these past three times and they are as good as Saaz. I recommend everyone to try it, I'm sure you will love it. :) read more
