I definitely like the look and feel of this salon now that they are under new management. I've been here twice for a pedicure and had a good experience the two times I went. I had the same woman do my pedicure both times. She was pretty rough and there were times were she actually caused some discomfort but her strength and roughness paid off once the leg massage came into play. They were playing good music last time I was there, and I was seen right away both times. They have a nice nail color selection and everything is super clean. They have comfortable pedicure chairs as well. I recommend the $35 pedicure. It may be a little more than you'd normally pay, but it's worth it. Trust me. My one complaint would be that the male who works here or owns the salon is constantly hawking up loogies in the bathroom and it's absolutely disgusting, and really loud. Kinda throws off the relaxing experience when someone sounds like they're coughing up tons of mucus, and possibly a lung in the bathroom every few minutes. Other than that, this place has improved under new management, and they are close to home, so they'll be my go-to for my monthly pedicure but next time I'll bring earplugs so I can listen to music rather than dude in the bathroom spitting his phlegm out. read more

I don't mean to sound rude but if you cannot understand basic questions about polish color, and you keep trying get get me to paint my nails red vs the silver I said over a dozen times, due to the staffs lack of English it's not an establishment I will ever attempted to frequent again nor would I recommend. Spend your money where your questions and requests can be understood. read more

Update five days after my "fill" both of my index finger nails are about to pop off! They hurt so bad and I don't even want to go DO NOT COME HERE!back to get it corrected. I should have gone to my regular! This is probably the worst set I've ever gotten in my whole life. They don't even look good all the tips are different size / shape, I'm just going to go to my regular next week ... I'll never ever come back to this location that's FOR SURE! read more

Walked in on a Sunday after my mother recommended to try it out. I arrived with my husband for Mani/Pedi before our vacation. Was greeted right away, clean and friendly. Had menu of pedicure options my husband did the deluxe and I did the signature. Both took their time to massage and really give us what felt like the royal treatment. I then had the mani which was very relaxing and turned out perfect! Loved every minute and so glad my mother led us to this quaint little spot. Great pricing too! Recently moved to Santa Rosa and driving around saw this salon close to my neighborhood I figured I give it a try, everyone deserve a chance. The place was empty all 3 attendants where sitting on the massage chair. I decided on a pedicure and full set ... one of the worst acrylic nails set all crooked and bumpy. Tried to get the gal to fix them.. she spoke no English! The pedicure was decent but found the guy scrapping the polish out of the bottle! I guess they were out?? And Gel polish is $15.00 more. This is a first impressions review and of the Manicure & Pedicure Service Only . Located off hopper & Industrial close to the back side of Kohl's and the storage facilities is a shopping area by a noodle palace and a fish and chip shop I discovered them by the flyers they posted locally and one on the windshield of my car Nothing flashy or fancy here, but clean and sanitary and a great place to get a quick basic mani & pedi . They have been open for a few months , they have another location that is not local . The hair salon next door used to own that part of the building but decided they wanted to focus on hair instead . I have only met 3 of the employees ,VY ( Pronounced Viie) who I think is the manager and the only one speaking English . A younger technician about 30 and an older gentleman . They have a good selection of OPI Polish and great variety of Gels . VY is friendly and upbeat and answers the incoming calls , I find the service to be very basic and fast , a full mani and pedi is going to be under an hour with soaking time and drying time Forget the luxury of soaking your tired tootsies in hot scented water or getting more than a 5 minute foot rub . They get the job done , my feet are not high maintenance as I get regular pedicures . This was my 2nd visit and they remembered me which is always a plus . Cons: seating while waiting is uncomfortable folding chairs . They continually play ( loop) a music video of Lady Antubellum they have no clue who they are they said , lol! Just a DVD they got at Walmart. If you love country music you will be ok I suggest they hook up there blue ray player to the wifi and steam Pandora or you tube or other music videos ,however they do not know how too. Pros: They offer a drink of water , sterilize tools right away and are friendly . This is not a spa like relaxing environment -it's a one stop nail shop in and out ! $28 special is going through August . They offer a delux pedi with foot scrub and hot stones for an up charge ,would be curious to see if a longer foot massage is included and they are supposed to massage the calf and area up to the knee. I may get a full set of nail extensions with gel in the future just to see how they are and how long they last as they are closer to my place of work and less busy than my regular shop . *They work well with seniors and are very patient and kind read more

The place is clean, they sanitize their implements with an autoclave, but, unfortunately, my $28 + tip gel manicure started to peel 24 hours later. What a disappointment. read more

The first few times that I have gone into this spa... Have been amazing. But these last handful of times that I have gone and I have not had the best experiences. The owners were wonderful... But I have yet to see them each time that I have gone in and it has been a bad experience... There is normally only two people working one who does acrylic and one that does manicures. On the weekend I would have thought that there would have been more, but that's just me. As of late each time that I have gone in there... The lady that has done my nails has either answered phone calls, watch YouTube, or face time someone... not what I call professional. As well as the other lady having her young son screaming in the Solon. Today when I went to go get my nails done, the same two ladies working, One for acrylic and one for manicures. There was already a lady sitting down halfway through with her nails. I tell them that I want a full set... I pick my colors and sit down. 10 minutes later another lady walks in wanting a manicure and a pedicure. One of the ladies start the bath for her feet. Then the other one walks up to me and tells me that they are going to do her nails first and if I could come back in 30 -45 min. Shocked by their request I walked out. This is my regular nail salon and has been ever since I started having Hannah do my nails. The quality of the products is excellent and she does such a great job. I get my pedicures here too and Tom always does a great job. I definitely recommend calling in advance and making an appointment because it is just the two of them there and now that more and more people are catching on to how great of a job they do, they get busy quick.. wouldn't recommend just walking in, make an appointment and enjoy!! read more

Third time visiting for a mani pedi. Made an appointment for two, but one of us had to wait 30 minutes. Pedicures were rushed as there were several walk ins that they wanted to accommodate. What should have been a relaxing experience for my daughter and myself was lost. Not happy this time and won't return. I feel that if an appointment is made, it takes priority and you are deserved the service you are paying for. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not try this salon. They were ok a few times but then convinced me to try a dip instead of gel. The lady didn't soak or give any sort of a manicure just used a drill that looked dirty to get the old gel off. After the dip was removed I noticed a couple of my nails looked funky.
