I won't be back. I scheduled an appointment here for a Gel X manicure and gel pedicure and I should've known the deal when I entered the building and there wasn't anyone beyond the two staff members in there. But I took a chance anyway and everything from the size of the Gel X nails used (way too narrow, so the edges of my natural nail are showing) to the French mani that I didn't request (see further explanation below) is proof positive that you don't need to waste your hard-earned money the way I did. I was confused when the nail tech, Tony, didn't ask me what color I wanted or show me any nail polish colors, but I noticed he started going to work on my nails. I asked what was up and he said I told him I wanted a French mani when I called (?), which I didn't BUT I will say he didn't try to up-charge me because of it and just allowed me to pay what I would've paid for a solid color. But the dang nails were to' up from the toes up! From the chipping-in-less-than-an-hour French to the size of the nails used, my nails looked like a disaster as soon as I exited the shop. While the service were good and the spot was clean, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get a decent set of nails. read more

They were great. Loved watching the big puppies cruise around, but do not touch. The people there listen to what you want done, which was great. They will interact in conversation with you, so you don't sit in silence ( unless you want to). Many, many colors to choose from, and they offer nice free beverages. Will be going again for sure. read more

My wife was panicked when she broke a nail on a Sunday ! She made several calls but no luck, she called Elite Nails Spa and even though he was busy he said he would make room for her if we could get there right away. Henry greeted us with a smile and sat her right down to access the broken nail. "No problem ", he said and he set out to remove her old gel nail color and I sat down to watch. We brought our mini Schnauzer,Hazel with us and she laid down and watched and listened. Henry was engaging the both of us in conversation and it was a great experience, he asked if I would like to choose the color and I said no way, ! I always come here for pedicure but today I tried their French tip and I was really happy with it. The worker also did a candy cane nail that I wanted. I've tried other spots but the service here is probably the best I've had. Also they play peaceful music making it a nice vibe and the massage chairs work well Prices are reasonable. DO NOT GO HERE. Zero stars The guy here is very rude... it was empty when i walked in. Now i know why. All equipments are dirty and rusty. Butchered my engagement nails and rushed for no reason. I asked how chrome looks, and he goes "how do i show u?" And throws a bottle of chrome powder on the table And argued. I asked if i should go to a different spot because he sounds like he is arguing with me and he does my pinky as a sample keep repeating he never do this for anyone. Nonetheless, he rushed through. Painted over my cuticle lines, red stains from My previous manicure everywhere and gel nails in my hands too. So horrible. I got charged $60 and I tipped $15 as my last grace. I am NEVER EVER coming back here. NO thanks. read more

Make your next appointment with these guys right now!! They do same day appointments and I find it so convenient. My friends have been going here for years so I gave it a try. I've tried 6 different places and I can confidently say they are the best in Santa Rosa. I went in 2 weeks ago for a full set of acrylics, they got my friend and I in and out in an hour. They are so nice and gentle with my hands. I loved my nails so much I committed to getting my first ever refill and I love what they did! Even with more details they still had me out in an hour. Would recommend! I walked in and was immediately seated which was great. I showed a picture of what I wanted and Tony did the exact nail design I wanted and did them really well. This place is great. It's been open for a few weeks. They are all super nice and did a great job. I decided to splurge to get my nails done for my daughters bday party. I got a regular pedicure and gel nails. Everything is reasonably priced. It's super clean and everything is new. The workers were all super nice and did and great job! Tony at Elite Nail Spa did beautiful work! I had a gel pedicure and gel dipping powder for my manicure and they looked flawless. Tony is very detail oriented and that's perfect for me. my boyfriend, my mom, and I had an appointment for 12pm yesterday. The man started my nails first and began by telling me and my mom that he didn't want to be working this day and wanted to go home. When i pointed out some nails were crooked he filed them for maybe 2 seconds to fix it which did nothing. the color he used was a random polish that was closest to him and obviously doesn't look like the photo. I asked for 12 pearls in total and left with 46 (which i was charged extra for) i told him i didn't like the glitter and he said " well you should tell me that at the beginning then" in an upset tone. he did my moms next and cut her twice and did an entirely different shape than she asked for (noticing a pattern?) now let me say I PAID $60 FOR THESE to not even slightly resemble the photo and more than half of the pearls have already fallen off in less than 24 hours. Also the glitter is on two different fingers on each hand which shows how carelessly it was done. overall it was a terrible experience and i would not recommend to anyone. read more

I wanted to try new places I haven't been to before and this was great! They offered water or sodas and had a tv for you to look at too. All the staff were friendly and nice to talk with. This doesn't bother me but, I had three different people work on my nails. One for prepping, one for shaping and taking off the nail, and the other for polishing. The thing that stops me from giving this a 5 star review is personally for my preferences I would have liked more care for taking off acrylics. I like having each finger wrapped in foil with an acetone cotton pad in it. For taking off acrylics, they have you put ur whole hand in a acetone bowl and shave it off with a drill. They'll have you put it back in if it didn't come off all the way yet. I just didn't like this way of removal as it burns the whole hand and dries it out. I was also nervous about the drill making my nails too thin. However you can wash your hands after and they do moisturize your hand as well as adding a hot towel to it. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of the finished nails but I really liked them. That's just my experience, it had a pretty good price for the removal and manicure. read more

My friend was able to ask her lady and I asked as well but she didn't respond. The nice man next to her answered for her and said not a problem. It's always been weird to me when nail salons offer different packages and don't ask which one you want. My lady seemed very annoyed by this. During the pedicure, she barely cut my nails (pretty sure one was completely missed) and didn't check if that was a good length, she was incredibly rough during the entire process. It was so bad that when we left, I even told my friend I was going to have bruises. Sure enough, bruises on my calf from the "massage". The hot stones was a joke. She didn't do the hot towels. The whole thing was just so weird. Again, I know they're busy and trying to get through everyone but if we're stopping in to be pampered, that doesn't mean you can just be rough and push us through. Some other stuff happened as well but I feel like I've complained enough. The shop is so nice and in such a convenient location that I would love to come back but if I do, I am going to ask that I don't get that woman.
