      Sue is amazing! I was lucky enough to find her on the internet when searching for "eyebrows in Atlanta." I'm extremely picky when it comes to my brows. She cleaned them up very well! I still have my shape, & they aren't too thin which is what I was afraid of. It's so hard to find a good eyebrow tech you can trust. She is IT. I will definitely be returning! She was also very quick to respond to my initial appointment request on yelp! I wish I took a before picture but the after is amazing.

      I decided to call and schedule an appointment with Sue based on all the wonderful reviews, I was hesitant because come on now, ppl notice bad brows before anything else. While she isn't at this particular salon anymore her new location is very convenient AND CLEAN! She was pleasant from the moment I called to set an appointment, during, and my brows look BOMB! I'm new to GA and would get them done when I'd go home out of loyalty and fear of jacked up brows. But I found my new "eyebrow lady". Her prices are extremely reasonable (she could charge double and I'd gladly pay)! She is quick like the other reviews state, she even had time to squeeze in a henna for me! I'm pleased with the results and she definitely has a new regular client!

      I found Pretty Brows Threading on yelp. It was the reviews that helped make my decision. I used to get my eyebrows waxed,I stop because I wanted thicker brows. I go see Sue about every two weeks. She does a clean and precise job. Sue is the best when it comes to threading MY eyebrows. She is so nice and soft spoken. She is located in a unisex hair salon that is in the shopping center next to the pizza bar and Cami Cakes. Sometimes the salon can be very loud and the latest tea may be the topic but it doesn't stop me from getting my services. Everyone there is nice and kind. There's a parking in front of the salon. Sue also does Henna and eyebrow tinting. Her prices are very reasonable.

      So I walked in looking wilderbeastish and left with perfect eyebrows. Hopefully my before isn't too blurry to be able to tell the difference. I was allowing them to grow out because the last person that waxed them (at a nail salon) made them entirely too thin. I'm so happy to find Sue because i live around the corner off camp creek so her location is perfect and I prefer threading. She was professional with great customer service and the prices!!!!!!!! OMG, I've been threaded and paid $20, not here! Very reasonable. She's in a salon with other people who do braids and other stuff. Music was loud and ...... let's just say if you don't like loud uncut rap you may feel some kinda way. Didn't deter me though, I'll be back and may even check out some braids!!!

      Found Sue here on Yelp on a rainy day and let's just say she's amazing!! I had trouble finding the place a little but she is located inside of the hair salon called "Total Package Salon". Hope that helps! I will definitely be back.

      SALON SPA is name on the building...long story....short story is Sue is AMAZING with the thread! In one quick session she will have your brows framing your face like no beat app can. Just go! She tamed my thick Ernie and Berth eyebrows quickly into submission and she is so sweet and nice. You can give her a call beforehand do she knows you're coming and you won't have to wait. She's only off Sundays, but is popular so take a moment to give her a shout before rolling in on your way to DSW or BJ'S nearby..

      I decided on this place last minute and jumped in an Uber really close to where I was staying. Getting to the shop was a bit tricky because the gps wasn't picking up on the correct location. It took me a little longer than anticipated but once I found it everything went smoothly. My brows were shaped perfectly, she took into account the uneven nature of my brows and made them look great. She was took her time and I wasn't in pain. I was very satisfied. Last minute I decide I want to get henna done. She was happy to add on the tattoo. I had no idea what I wanted but she was so sweet and came up with a nice design. I def recommend this place and I would come back.

She was on the phone the entire time during my service. She threaded one eyebrow, then stopped to answer a call. Then she did the second eyebrow and answered another call. It was extremely unprofessional. After threading, I agreed to eyebrow tinting, even though I was already nervous since it was my first time there. On top of that, I am six months pregnant and very uncomfortable. I made it clear that I needed someone who would listen to me and work efficiently because sitting for long periods is difficult for me. I explicitly told them I was uncomfortable due to my pregnancy, so she was fully aware. Before the tinting started, I clearly explained that I wanted my brows light with a natural fade in the front. I specifically said I did not want boxy eyebrows. Despite this, she kept messing up and had to ask a coworker for help. The entire time she was applying the tint, she remained on the phone. Once she finished applying it, she actually stepped outside the store to continue her call, leaving me sitting there. I immediately expressed to another employee that this was not what I wanted. She tried to help by wiping the front of my brows, but I repeatedly told her I just wanted the tint completely removed. The tint was staining the rest of my face because of how poorly it had been applied. She told me no and said I needed to wait 10 minutes. Five minutes later, she was still the only one helping me because the original technician had not returned. I told her again that I could not wait and that the tint needed to come off immediately. When the original lady finally came back after her coworker had already wiped the tint off my face, I started crying and explained that this was not what I asked for and that I felt completely ignored throughout the service. Instead of apologizing, her coworker suggested putting concealer on my face. I clearly said no, I just wanted everything removed. At the register, the same rude technician offered me 25% off. I declined and again explained my concerns. She gave me attitude and claimed that I had been there several times before, which was not true. I had already told her while sitting in the chair that I had just moved to Atlanta from Arizona. That alone proves she was not listening to me at any point. She then tried to force me to pay $25. I refused and told her I would only be paying for the threading service and nothing else. Do not come here unless you like boxy eyebrows. They also overcharge for tint. A box of tint costs around $5 and can be used on 20 or more clients. Tinting should not cost more than $7. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing, especially as a pregnant customer who clearly communicated her needs. My family members sent me here.... Trust me when I say, none of us will ever come back to this establishment.... Hope you fire that individual!

To make matters worse, another customer who had a 10:30 a.m. appointment wasn't seen until 10:51 a.m. She was understandably frustrated, which made it clear that even having an appointment doesn't guarantee you'll be seen on time. I usually go to the Camp Creek location because they're properly staffed and I've never had this issue. I only came to this location because I happened to be in the area, and I definitely regret that decision. If you're considering coming here, be prepared for long waits regardless of whether you're a walk-in or have an appointment. This location seriously needs to improve its staffing and scheduling.

Their prices, packages and great Yelp reviews were all selling points that solidified my plan to book with them, and I was not disappointed. Unfortunately, the website did not show any availability for the day I was hoping to go, but I figured it was because of the short 1-day turnaround. In an unusual move, I called D'lor just to be sure they didn't have availability and lucky me - they actually did have a spot. YAY! Bridget at the front was so patient and helped accommodate me for the day/time and package that I was looking for. Upon arrival, it was easy to find a parking space and head right on in. I was greeted warmly and given a short form to complete before heading in. The salon was booked and busy, set in a separate portion of the business, it was so peaceful as ladies hustled in and out. Once I finished my form I was taken to the ladies dressing area and given a locker that included a robe and slides. The space was intimate, offering a private toilet, sauna, and more, all in one space. Once I got changed I went and took a seat in the sitting room. This space was sooo comfy, I almost hesitated a bit when my masseuse came and got me lol. I hate that I didn't catch either of my providers name because they were both amazing! I went with one of their February packages that included a 60min massage, 60 min facial and a steam bath. I forgot about the steam bath but, wow, my massage and facial were great. My massage was nice, not life-changing, but it was a good experience. That facial? Amazing. After switching my medication recently, my skin has been struggling and I really needed a good facial and extractions. Miss Ma'am got me right!! She got under my skin in the best way, she even snatched a random hair that was on my chin without me asking LOL. From calling in for my appointment, to my arrival, and exit - this was a fantastic experience! I will be running back to have another spa day at D'lor.

From the moment I sat down, their attention to detail was unlike anything I've experienced at other salons. They took their time without making the appointment drag on, and I genuinely felt like they cared about getting everything just right. The chairs were super comfortable with noticeably better massage features than most places, had a lap board to rest my phone on, the salon was spotless, everyone was kind, and there were zero sneaky attempts to upsell me on additional services. They even worked with me to find the perfect pale yellow for my toes, which I appreciated more than they probably realized. And the SNS shape? Literally the best I've ever had.
